We found our property to buy with Alicia who is an excellent agent. She’s knowledgeable, honest and very professional which gave us confidence in our purchase. The support team (Vanessa, Rebecca and Josh) held up superb communication, managed their seller client perfectly and progressed the transaction of a 4 sale chain with precision. I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.

We have dealt with a few estate agents with buying and selling our properties and I can safely say Russell Property are head and shoulders above the rest. Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. They communicate every step of the way, give you honest and sound advice and you feel really taken care of. Their customer service is great across the board so it obviously comes from the top, down. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Thank you for making, what has been a fairly stressful process, so much easier.

Our experience with Russell Property was excellent from start to finish. By far the best estate agents I have ever worked with. We largely dealt with Alicia and Emily, who were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly to deal with. They were confident they could sell our house quickly and at a good price. They really delivered - pulling together a beautiful brochure and selling the property at full asking price on the first viewing. I could not recommend Russell Property, or their excellent team, any more highly.

We instructed the Stansted Office of Russell Property to deal with the sale of our Property on Herrington Avenue. The team were great. A real differentiator from the start was the fantastic photography which made the property stand out. But the speed at which potential buyers were booked in was equally impressive.
