Selling and Buying houses is not an easy or quick process, however, David Lee Estates, largely Chris Ord (who has been my main contact) has made the process as straight forward, clear and unstressful I think as it could be. He has most importantly kept my buyers happy while I looked for my perfect property, answered my questions (of which there have been quite a few), showed remarkable patience while I viewed the property many times and kept me informed regularly of where the process was at.
I would also like to say a big thank you to the rest of the team who all have been a pleasure to deal with: Meg, Max (no longer with David Lee), Sam and Sophie. If you want a proactive Estate Agency who know the market, are a pleasure to deal with and get the job done - I would recommend David Lee.
very disappointed with lack of communication from James in Lettings, have been trying to get him to call me back for over 2 weeks now. I have repetitively been into the office and have called the office to get told he will call me back within half an hour. I am still waiting for that phone call

Would not recommend. PM estates asks for ridiculous amounts of money at every chance. Continuously inconsistent and contradictory "information". Unethical business practice. I have only negative and unhelpful impressions of this business.
Even though I didn't end up taking a property through Eurolet I want to praise their customer service and all the help the lettings team provided whilst I was looking for a property. My circumstances unfortunately changed, however if I was looking again in the future I would definitely use Eurolet.
What a headache this agency has caused us. The communication is poor. They basically called us liars when we said we didn't receive any letter, to then apologise because they realised they didn't send it. Saying they will call back but never do, telling us the lady was not in but then that she actually left. Only positive is that one lady was somewhat helpful.
Their work was very good. Steve was very helpful. I would highly recommend Cooke Curtis & Co.
Was dealing with Aimme and Karen. Terrible customer service and they simply do not care. Took them a week to send application forms and when they did, the room was take. Feel really let down by the people i trusted to help me in such a complicated proccess!
Its hard where to start on one of these reviews as you are about to describe one of the biggest ocassions and investments in your life, so you want it to be meaningful and from the heart, as its not just another product from Amazon.
My Partner and I were taking the next step of selling our properties and purchasing one together in a different county. We tried some local village agents in the vacinity of where we lived and i wasnt 100% impressed as I have high expectations, and wasnt getting the feeling they were selling our home, only a feeling of seeling another house.
I then thought our property would attract the London market as well as the local market and decided to call Savilles in Bishops Stortsford, even though it was a relatively small property in comparison to what I thought the kind if property Savilles would normally be interested in. Gosh I was so wrong. I was and still to this day am so thankful that Hannah Tomlin answered the phone and we had a chat for a good 15 mins, followed up by a property visit and meeting days later. From that moment onwards we knew it was Savilles we wanted to give our home to, simply becasue Hannah treated it and spoke of it as if it were her home. We were made to feel throughout the entire process, every time we spoke we had their fullest attention, our priortiy were their prioriy. No conbversation was ever cut short or rushed, (and i can waffle on sometimes) Hannah was gracious, patient, switched on like you wouldnt believe, and just knew the right timings of calls, conversations and emails.
Hannah and the team, I felt went out their way, albeit for them it was probably their every day service, to the point they even tried to help with our ongoing purchase.
Sadly, and I truly mean sadly we were purchasing our new property from a Knight Frank agent in a different county, which has to be in all my years the worst experience ever, I was totally appauled by the disrespect, pressure, cockyness and disconnection with them.
