This company manages majority of the smaller units in Lancashire but do not allow motor vehicle. I’ve been checking daily for new units for my business for about 8 months but every time a new one becomes available I can’t have it because this company (or owners of the units) do not allow my business. They’ve taken my details 5 months ago to let me know soon as one becomes available but still waiting for that call. Although we encountered a couple of unforseen obstacles involving the local council, Neil at Taylor Weaver really did his best to get us into the unit as soon as possible to get our new business active. Whenever we needed information, progress chasing, or simply to call into the unit to check for mail he was on it straight away for us. It's not easy finding a suitable unit for our needs at the moment, but after making enquiries with a few different agents Taylor Weaver came up with the "goods" for us and we are now in and almost set up ready for our first customer.
