I used Lime Living letting agents, and they honestly couldn't have been a better service to use! We had Georgia, who i highly recommend because shes such a little gem! Constantly emailing and phoning keeping us updated and checking to see if everything was alright! Even now wece moved shes helping!

I purchased a property through this office and whilst the people were friendly the service was very poor. Amongst other things, I had an offer accepted and confirmed in writing which clearly hadn’t been communicated correctly to the vendor and had to be renegotiated. On completion I was handed the keys to the property without any request for identification, despite never having met any of the Reeds Rains staff, as our dealings were via email and phone.
Leo and the team were incredibly helpful. The perfect balance of professionalism and relaxed conversation. The process from end to end was smooth and I felt well supported. Highly recommend and would work with them again.
I've never encountered a company with such poor Customer Service. Bloor lack compassion and clarity in their communication with tenants. This is an example of how a family business can fail its customers repeatedly. The shining example of this comes from Martin Bloor himself.

Wonderful service from Owen, Martin and Jonathan. They could not have been more supportive in every step of the sale. We had lots of interest, lots of viewings and an offer after two weeks on the market. They were also the most competitive with rates of commission. Highly recommend.
Do not instruct..first time writting a negative review. Charge a lot of hidden fees. My business up for sale for over 2 years, didn't sell. Still they feel the need to charge £3500. When asked for breakdown came back with advertising costs????. Not helpful when trying to explain situation.

Definitely one of the better estate agents from my experience - competitive fees, excellent customer service; you get what you give, don't mistake the landlords for the letting agency workers!
Company centrered around money, no care about the wellbeing of their tenants. They have a slow and bad online service for reporting issues with properties, and took an embarrassing amount of time to fix our roof when there was rain leaking through into our hallway which caused permanent damage to our ceiling and left us without lights for a month?! Bad service caused our landlord to switch letting agents. They have ridiculous unnecessary fees including a 30 pound reference fee which you have to pay if you want to escape being under their control and move to a new letting agency. Now that we’ve moved out they’re being less than helpful with getting our deposit back.
We’ve been on both sides of the negotiating table with this broker.
A few years ago they helped to sell out business and we were really happy with everything they did and got ready to enjoy a slower pace.
Fast forward a few years, and we went on the lookout for a smaller business to keep us busy. We didn’t end up buying it from them as we couldn’t agree on price but they again were very helpful to us.
Having now dealt with others we would recommend them even more to people buying and selling a business.
