I am having terrible experience with this company Worst estate agency I have come across they will sell you things for their own commission and when their pockets are filled by landlords they don’t know you. Stay away from these companies, especially their client Freshwater group of companies, I am not the only one who they sold things unprofessionally my neighbours as are having same experience as well, they charge all sorts of insurance monies from us building insurance terrorism insurance etc etc when it comes to fix anything they won’t do nothing, broad day light robbers.
