To say I am impressed would be an understatement. We are in the middle of one of the hardest times for the Sheffield property market given the pandemic and yet despite that, Tom was still able to let a unit on my behalf with excellent terms. I am a very happy landlord! Very efficient, excellent communication throughout and I felt that Tom really went above and beyond to make sure I got the very best deal. We were looking at a unit with these guys, agreed terms but then posed the question about interiors being included in the agreement... I was asked for plans which we provided and they said it is possible. They then completely messed us around and told us it was our fault because the internal works are unreasonable... after they originally told us it was possible. Had they said no when we posed the question we would have gone ahead with the original plan, the mess around resulting in us pulling out which they followed up with a very unprofessional email suggesting we wasted their time- they obviously don’t know the work involved when opening a new site that is now down the pan for us. Avoid investing your time in these guys, I haven’t come across such poor negotiation in a long time... Read more
