This team was incredibly helpful during a difficult time when we were without a home. After living with friends for 15 days and being severely scammed by a previous agent, we faced significant challenges in finding a landlord or agency willing to rent to us. Jonathan was accommodating from the beginning. We were abroad when asked for a viewing and he adjusted to having a video viewing with one of our friends and then when asked for a face-to-face viewing he was happy to re-show us the property with no problems. He also helped us out with some property problems and helped to fix them straight away. After experiencing the complete nightmare that is trying to find a house in London and several terrible experiences with other estate agents, find Sheldon Bishop was a blessing. The biggest thank you to Seth, who went above and beyond in communicating with me and my 3 housemates whilst we were all abroad this summer. He answered hundreds of stressed texts, emails and phone calls, explaining endless queries and finally ensured everything was put in place for a smooth move in to our new flat! This is the most unprofessional estate agent that I have dealt with in London and I would highly recommend avoiding them! We rented a property from them in Islington and had nothing but issues from the day we moved in. To start with the garden was left in a state and we had to sort this out, as it took so long for them to get back to us on quotes we had given from gardening experts to resolve the issues. We had on going damp issues which were never rectified as well as ongoing issues with the boiler. Anytime we phoned them to discuss issues we were told to "write it in an email" and then when we did a response took up to two weeks to come back to us. When we prompted Seth ,the manager, he would often say he had written the email but forgot to hit send. They are rude and not worth anyones time. Some customer service would not go a miss. I have read some posts on Google when you search this companies name and I must admit I fully agree with everything that is said, on a negative view. There is nothing positive about them. I don't often post reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone that thinks about using them not to.... Read more
