We have had the best experience with Quest! We have rented around three properties previously and never had such a good interaction with the estate agents. Omar kindly helped us rent this property, he explained everything so well and answered every single silly question we had. He was extremely prompt when answering my emails and any other requests.
He went to review the property before we moved in to make sure it was perfect for arrival and rectified any small issues!
He made the process easy, simple and was very supportive throughout. I would not hesitate to advise anyone to use Quest when considering a estate agent.

After over four years renting the same property with Quest, this ended with them serving a section 21 notice on me though they were aware I was pregnant. The timing of this notice meant I was soon, by law, considered as threatened with homelessness and vulnerable due to pregnancy and disability. I had to make a homelessness application to the council because of this. I wound not recommend this agency.

We had a great experience with Quest when renting our new home. We mainly dealt with Paul and Omar who kept us up to date throughout the whole process and were very open and transparent about what was happening. It's definitely the smoothest experience I've had with renting in London (by far!) which is usually very stressful. They were also super accommodating and allowed us to come and sign documents and collect keys at times that suited us. Overall a fantastic experience, thank you!

We had dealing with Quest and feel very disappointed we viewed a property advertised with a large garden and double garage we was
shown around by the current Tennant. She was a lovely lady but didn't hold back on telling us that the garage would be knocked down and 3 house built in the back garden with two young children this was a concern . We went back to Quest to explain as we thought this was a big detail that had not been explained.
We was assured that the building work had not yet been a approved so we came to a agreement that if we rented the property just for 12 months no building works would happen for that 1 year and we would have use of the double garage as advertised
We spoke with the owner all was going ahead ....only to receive a text the day before Christmas eve telling us the owner didn't want us to rent because of the building works ...my husband called Quest no one knew about this aso he text back and asked for a call it's now 4th of January we would have hoped a kinder explainantion seeing as we was set to move and just waiting for contracts
I feel texting a customer even if it's ending the communication is very unprofessional

Possibly my best experience so far with any letting agency in London! I met Omar for viewings, and interacted with Paul over the phone – both of them were thorough professionals. Especially Paul, who was kind, polite, and responsive with every interaction we had.
Not many agencies listen to potential tenants or understand their needs, with Quest, I felt heard and confident that I'm working with a very capable set of people. Unfortunately, I couldn't move forward with my property due to a personal housing situation, but I won't hesitate to reach out to Quest first if that changes. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We were tenants in a flat managed by Quest for nearly 3 years, until just last month. We had a very positive experience throughout, from signing up, our stay and now ending our tenancy and receiving our deposit back.
Being a small team (either Paul, Omar or Julie - staff were the same throughout our tenancy) meant queries were never left unresolved or passed over. Communication was very good and issues were resolved promptly.

I lived in one of Quest's properties for nearly two years. The property was excellent and we loved living there. Quest were also great. One area Quest excel is in their responsiveness to issues. During our stay at the property the washing machine and boiler had to be replaced. I've lived in properties where it has taken months for similar problems to be resolved, but on both occasions Quest sorted the issue in less than a week (with the bonus of keeping us informed all the way).

Pretty sure this is a made up agency. Requested a viewing of a property through Zoopla, the agent responded with a time that I could view it (there was no address attached). I responded saying “great I’ll be there” and then followed with an email requesting the address of the place. He responded to neither so I showed up at the appointment, waited for around an hour outside the house, tried calling/emailing the office to no avail, even though the office was supposedly open at this time. Later that evening he did get back to me saying he didn’t receive my confirmation email, but even so the lack of communication and professionalism was very poor. Will not view through these agents again.

We had an amazing experience with Quest Property as tenants in Islington. We moved from Australia, and they were helpful throughout the process ensuring that we filled in the paperwork correctly, and got all the info we needed. More importantly on our ending of our tenancy, they worked closely with us to ensure prospective new tenants had inspection times that worked for us (we had a newborn at the time).
If you are looking to rent or to lease a property, I strongly recommend Quest Property (and specifically Paul).

I have been a tenant in a flat managed by Quest Property Services from 2016 to 2018 and I am very happy with my experience with them. Initially they managed to organise a flat visit within 1 hour of contacting them and, subsequently, the whole team (Paul, Julie, Omar) has always been prompt and efficient in dealing with my problems. I lived in their property for 3 years and highly recommend them for you. There are many dogdy landlords and agents in London but they are reliable and honest. Before I moved in, they sorted out the major issues, mould on one wall, and there was no any other unexpected repairmenets necessary after I had moved in. That means they do proper maintenance and check the functions before new tenants move in. My new place not with Quest, isn't like this at all. I pay much more but so much unexpected damages here and there even though it's getting fixed one by one. It should be repaired before I moved in. Only after I moved out from the Quest's property, I noticed how Quest service was really sincere and professional. With Quest, the rental fee was reasonable, not a rip off, and they sent men to repair whatever the damages to be fixed straight away. They also took time to listen to find solutions when needed, very sincere with a very down to earth approach. Other tenants in the same building were happily living there for 5-8 years too. Deposit refund was also fully made. I don't know how the bigger and famous agents are but Quest is a quality agent you can trust. Thank you Paul, Omar and Julie.

Paul and his team looked after the rental of my flat over several years and it was always a pleasure to deal with them. Living on the other side of the world makes it vital to have a proactive and responsive agent and this is exactly what you get with Quest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord. Having said that, I am sure that they are equally as responsive and caring towards tenants and I believe their even-handed approach is the basis for the quality of service to everyone they deal with.

Very poor agency. My son who is too nice natured to post this review did not get his deposit fully refunded. Agents had no name or address of the landlord, deposit was not put in the government scheme account so his money lost. No reason given for the money not being refunded. Agents no help, Steer well clear.

I can not recommend Quest more highly. Paul and Omar are professional, helpful, and trustworthy. They rented my property out for several years and were excellent in every respect. Really good to deal with and much better in my experience than other larger agents I had used previously. I am extremely satisfied and grateful.

It's hard to see how this business model, let alone this business, will exist much longer.
Alongside the classic “processing fees” for photocopying and other basic administrative tasks, which I had to do anyway, there is a total lack of care for, interest in, and understanding of the tenant’s needs.
When I rented 79B Southgate Road (top tip: the landlord shares Quest’s values), Quest couldn’t be bothered to complete an inventory check, let alone visit the property, which led to plenty of problems down the line.
I’ve learned the hard way that an agreement partly based on trust is a foolish one when dealing with such a lacklustre business (and landlord) – but I also believe that people should operate with a basic level of decency and respect for each other.
Quest is not interested in doing the job properly, and it’s not interested in you either – find an agent who is.

I've had really bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dubious about using them again, however, the property came up and we couldn't not go for it. Paul in particular was professional, helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress less. I couldn't rate Quest higher.

Through Quest we got our previous landlord griffinscaffolding ....griffinscaffolding were the landlord of a F2 Bridport Place were I stayed for almost 1 year. At the stage when the contract terminated the landlord decided to deduce more than half of the deposit (on no real basis) they have lied in their deposit deduction statement. ( we know this because the tenants after us are our friends). Now we are struggling to get the undisputed deposit. It has been 2 months since we left the property.

WARNING – make sure you get your FULL deposit back
When we arrived at our new flat we were greeted by a horrendous mess that included the presence of maggots. After spending over a week trying to get the place to a liveable standard we were later charged £300 for cleaning fees and this was despite giving the place a full clean.
Further charges included an imaginary inventory check which was never carried out and yet they still expected £155 (ex VAT) for the service.
Thankfully we had the deposit with the DPS and we were able to get the whole amount back but it will take time as Paul from Quest will use every trick in the book to make it as difficult as possible.
Some of the charges such as the inventory check they will put in the contract but unless they actually carry it out and you sign for it, it is not valid. Be sure to keep any evidence to support your case and be aware that none of their prices include VAT.
If you have found the place you want to live and have no alternative but to use Quest,make sure you get your full despot back because they will try and take it.
