Had a viewing for a flat. No agent or landlord to show me inside the property. Was told the tenant there would let me in and I will look around. Knocked a few times to no answer. Unprofessional.

Worst agency, we rented a house with them and the house has poor conditions.
We have leaks all over the house and we have been waiting for them to solve this problem for 3 months now.
Agent is rude and was telling us that if we don’t like then we should leave the property.
He is sending people unqualified to do the job because he doesn’t want to spend a lot of money.
He said to me several times to shut up over the phone. Also he called the woman who rented the house crazy.
Don’t recommend it to nobody.

Used this company when I was moving to London and found them to be very rude over the phone. When I initially phoned about the property I was interested in, I started with "Hello, I've seen a property advertised on PrimeLocation that I'd lik....." to be swiftly interrupted by the voice on the other end of the phone saying "We don't advertise on PrimeLocation" and for the next five minutes that's all the voice kept telling me.
I still tried to view the property though, but was constantly being rang four/five times a day, and when I arrived for a viewing, it got to the time and they rang to ask how it went, even though no-one had shown up. They then said it was my fault as they had text me the landlord's number. This was not the case, but of course the person on the phone was having none of it.
If you like being spoke to like a human being, try elsewhere.
