It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.... Read more

they took 1 week deposit from me . unfortunately i was failed in reference check. they suppose to deduct only reference fee charges but they are fraud and they keep all my money it was around £375 i would not suggest to any one , i would recommend you Arbon and Miller estate its also in Barkingside... force you to come and see property and next minute you recrived a call from them saying viewing cancelled.and will let you know when is next viewing.Call them again after couple of days they said the landlord got guest.They will let us know when is next viewing.Wait couple of days more rang the estate agent again to find out about the property she asked me who are you Mrs X and i say No!! put me on hold and after telling me the Landlord have decided not to rent the property they not moving out.What a loads of lies!! beware people.They dont deserve even a 1 star.Not and estate agen you can trust and do business with.... Not the place to come if you want quick transaction. I have several properties on rental. Vibrant contacted me to list one of my properties, they asked for pics and details by e-mail. Never heard a thing? They didn't respond to email or confirmed listing or even opened the pics on whatsapp until I advised Property was taken. Another estate agent found a professional tenant in 2 days - I was happy to pay 2 weeks rent of £700 fees to the other estate agent and will using them for future properties as they become available. UPDATE TO REPLY FROM MANAGER BELOW: I am a genuine landlord and yes I used to own a Property Letting company which I sold, which leaves me using local estate agents to let my properties when they become available, its simple I send out the details and video of property to several estate agents (including you) at the same time, the going rate at the time was 2 weeks rent (£700) the next day I receive acknowledgements from all the agents (except Vibrant) I also see that the video was opened by all agents (except Vibrant) , its now whoever gets a tenant that I will pay £700 to, you sent no acknowledgement or open the video everyone else did, I am not out to discredit you , but you could learn from this , and acknowledge me and open video on whatsapp within 2 days (48 hours) . Then there would be no need to leave a negative review, hope you understand why I only left you neg review out of several estate agents. I am happy that you have in the business for over 20 years and have 2 reviews to show that.... Read more
