We rented out a property through Fairdeal and can sincerely recommend them. Majid and his team have integrity. They were sincerely committed to delivering an honest and excellent service to both landlord and tenant. When we came to sell, we chose to go with Fairdeal and again, were really impressed with Rohan's efficiency, transparency and hard work. The people at Fairdeal Properties seem to be good human beings as well as being good at their job.

The Fairdeal Property Services is in no way satisfactory to its tenants. It may be fair in name but certainly not in nature. When problems or issues arise they either turn a blind eye to it or sweep it under the carpet. Their rental fees are extortionate, yet we do not get value for our hard earned money. When repairs need doing people have to wit a very long time for them to be done. Afzal is very rude and has an attitude of contempt towards the tenants. A series of reviews needs to take place so that improvements can take come about.????????????

Would definitely recommend Fairdeal. They were very responsive from the start and made the whole process of renting a new property very smooth. Afzal in particular is very understanding but yet professional. He honestly should be called 'Angel Afzal' he is a true saint.

I was very pleased with the service of Fairdeal Property Services. They went through all procedures efficiently and with professionalism. Great communication between myself and the team, in particular Afzal. He made things easy for me and assisted me along the way until I moved in. Most definitely recommend this agent for anyone looking to move into the area.

Been with Fairdeal for almost a year now and Afzal and the team have been amazing to work with!
It's refreshing to work with agents that treat you like a human and not a piggybank. I've had no issues with them and they're always polite, respectful, quick to reply and more than willing to help if there is ever any issue.
Highly recommend.

I'm a student renting independently for the first time. I dealt mostly with Afzal who was extremely attentive and understanding to the fact that renting for the first time can be extremely stressful. He was helpful and quick to respond to and resolve any issues we had. All in all the agency is a good and reliable one.
