The level of professionalism and detailed understanding of the local housing market demonstrated is obvious resulting in quick, hassle free sales for us. I turned to Lomond Property for a rental when my house purchase fell through at short notice. We weren't the easiest customers, having two dogs. I dealt with Joyce who was super helpful and negotiated a let with a landlord that originally did not allow pets. A viewing was arranged, but on the day, my purchase was unexpectedly resurrected and I phoned to cancel the viewing. Despite having put in a lot of effort to find me a house to rent, Joyce was very nice about our cancellation.
