Booked a viewing a a property via email and on arrival was told it was the property had been sold earlier that day. They messed up the booking but didn’t phone us to tell us anything was wrong. We had driven 45mins to get to the viewing too. Very disappointed and the communication in general throughout was very poor. I hope there are no other properties we like that they are instructing. It would make me think twice about even viewing the property and certainly wouldn’t use them to sell my house... Read more

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I enquired about viewing a house that was sale and was told that it had been taken off the market and would be going back on in August 2016 and Hoppers would telephone me to arrange a viewing. However on their website today the house is under offer and I was told that it was because someone else who viewed the house before had now decide to put an offer in. Surely if the house is off the market and people are not allowed to view it then an offer cannot be made as this is unfair to other interested parties.... Read more
