Received a letter to say i was liable to pay cost towards a fence which is on my neighbours ground. The estimate from the companies clearly state who is responsible and my address is not on the estimate but they are trying to say it is on the title deeds. I called my solicitor yesterday morning who got back to me in the afternoon and told me it was absolutely incorrect, There is a communal pathway between the two properties and each property has their own individual boundary. Therefore not liable to help with cost of fencing. However my solicitor also told me that the fencing provided when property was built was wooden fence posts with 3 lines of wire to separate the gardens at the front this separation was between 26 and 28 and then a fence between 30 and 32 as there was no requirement to separate 28 and 30 due to pathway. At the back of the house each property had the same wooden posts with 3 wires strung across. Through time resident decided they wanted more privacy and they have all done this in different manors. IE. Hedges, fence panels and some installing brick walls all paid by the individual owner / resident of own property. This company has decided to take it upon themselves to pester residents which have been in their property for over 50 years to subsides their property owners bank account by telling them they need to pay up. I have already put up fencing in my back garden which has enhanced both my neighbours gardens without asking them to contribute to it. I have also had issues with this company as regards to the maintenance of the back gardens they are supposed to be managing over grown bushes,trees blocking out the light to my garden and damaging my garden hut. Which due to the trees and bushes have caused side of shed to be replaced due to dampness caused by the bushes that had grown wild and the roof had to be felted again due to the trees and leaves. I also have a job every year clearing up all the leaves which fall on my decking and the destruction caused to my decking which needs to be painted every year. I have yet to have an apology from the so called business with regards to this and for them to hide behind a title deed. I think they should check before trying to bully people out of their money.... Irresponsible and unprofessional. I’m still waiting on Scott Weir contacting me to respond to my complaints. What they need to realise is if they don’t deal with issues effectively it reflects badly on the landlords they represent. Our credit rating is now damaged due to Homesure inaction. YOU GOTA READ BOTH THE RESPONSE AND THE COMPLAINT???????? please note the owners skills in typing are a little off This is a terrible agency! i have viewed quite a few properties now at 500 pcm and more, LOOK IN ALL BUILT IN STORAGE AND ATTIC !! My recent property viewing i found rising damp in the kitchen, thick mould and Further Dampness in every room upstairs , Broken outside structure. the garden was a mess, broken wired fences, large tree with Thick roots going under the property along the surface of the grass and burst window seals on ancient double glazing.. now i asked for reasons or explanations they cant give you a straight answer explainong i have family who could sort it out at 1st she tells me to speak to the Property manager (later ignored obviously) what is that not responsibility of Homesure or is it 1 of those find me a tennant and home owner manages the property themselves ???? amateurs look down the reviews a few im not the only 1 with the issue of corner Cutting staff and your professionalism the individual handling the viewing hasnt got a clue to busy on Facebook i act seen tinder 2 ???????? face like a melted wellyboot swipe left Guys.. back to the house so pushed for an answer.. i got a reply ???? "The roof collapsed and the property was sitting open for 2 years and nobody knew... she said but i think its fixed but im not sure though .. the owner spent almost 8k on it the whole property then ran outta money" Cheap fix that is.. its fine open for a viewing we will hide it behind the doors ???? ???????????? is that not where The agency come in?? yeh ok so why is every hidden area still so Disgusting all the windows open even the attic door to hide the gut renching smell of mould !! instead of taking responsibility lets chat names and star trek ???? that house wasnt even fit For a rat never mind an enemy of the Star treck Saga. Your response to my review is an extremely refreshing experience. Proves exactly how pathetic and unprofessional this company is. Yes i do have the svq awards, A long term Team leader in health care Protecting people well from The pandemic STILL NOT HAD A SINGLE CASE OF COVID19 in a home of 82 not to mention the Massive staff count doing well team ????????????????? i am also in my final year of a masters degree in Biomedical science.. SEND THE HOMESURE OWNER TO THE LAB HES FILTHY FROM THE INSIDE OUT.. Quarenteen!! your observations are are far from accurate as they are based on a 2 year old review and 1 review at that with acception of this . You should really just stick 2 star trek, lee harvey... Leo, leonardo and whatever other names sound good to you because your review stalking alongside your staff choice is terrible on my visit they didnt even wear their PPE or follow simple social distancing classy . You struggle to get a simple name correct MY NAME IS LEE (L.E.E ). i hope my A3 print out is re printed and this entire communication is well advertised it will surely beat homesures property advertising as it will be accurate. At your meeting i hope you all followed social distancing and the government guidlines , your history shows the chances are slim. Your children should be very proud they have a parent with such a complex, confused and unpleasant personality. How is your mental health?? i hope your children fly the nest and never look back. i certainly wish them all the success in the world and hopefully they grow up to be nothing like you. I have two daughters aged 7 and 9 1 who has asthma WOULD YOU MAKE YOUR GOLDEN KIDS SLEEP IN THAT DISGUSTING HOUSE... I will not get into a pathetic slagging match with such an emotionally unstable individual. Your leadership skills suck. Please do reply i cant wait to hear more names that begin with the letter L and a weekly update on your preffered netflix choices that have the same story line since the 1960s your humour will undoubtedly go unnoticed like your overwhelming property listings..... ???? From move in to move out and deposit release, I was always treated with honesty and respect. There were a few hiccups throughout the tenancy, as there often is with let properties. Homesure managed all of these issues in a timely manner and I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a tenant. Great company and polite staff!... Read more

Really bad, if you want a lettings agent that hire people that cut corners go for it. I was told to do the work myself. the landlord lives in England and wants nothing to do with his tennants just the cash. all they care about is the money. unprofessional and disgusting attitudes. should hang their heads in shame....
