Rented a few spots over the years and had some real nightmares with landlords and letting agencies. However, I have been with south lakes for about 2 years now, and never had a problem, issues have been fixed pronto and they are always friendly.

Applied for a house to rent...got denied after we paid the fees....and on the phone they admited they knew we weren't going to be accepted as my partner is on benifits....so they took the money knowing fine well we wernt going to get the house
