Good service and friendly, reliable staff We are glad we chose JH Homes to take care of selling my parents' house From the initial appraisal by Martin and throughout the entire viewing process, we encountered helpful and supportive staff, who kept us updated on a regular basis. In fact, all the staff at JH Homes were friendly, helpful and professional in the service they offered. They were quick to reply to any questions and always kept us updated via email or on the phone. And compared to previous experiences with letting agent’s respectful, which I am ever so grateful for!! I have had no issues contacting any of the team at JH Homes and my questions have always been answered quickly, even if it has just been to acknowledge my question or advise it is in the process of being handled! In addition to this I have always appreciated the honesty in which queries are dealt with, and getting answers back even if it’s not what you always want to hear!
