Hands down the most horrendous experience... the old chap couldn't even be bothered to get out of his car to show us around the property, so unacceptable. When we asked him to drag himself out of his car and open the back door of the property, it was met with no enthusiasm at all. He couldn't answer any of my questions about the property either.
I remember when Ross' was such a brilliant estate agents, the ladies in the office were always so professional and happy to help, seems like customer experience isn't at the heart of their practise anymore.
Following an unreturned phone call from the agency, regarding an offer. After an hour of waiting i called back, the snotty agent who I spoke to was rude, standoffish and condescending, she told me that she couldn't help as the person who was handling the sale wasn't in and I'd have to wait until tomorrow! I wanted to make an offer on a property...Really?? Wow!! Stay away....

Don't think I can explain absolutely appalling unprofessional, when you get a call to say your very good offer was not accepted because the other party had more money was the vendor a mortgage company is this estate agents a mortgage company they never saw any paper work of any funds from myself I feel the middle person spat out the dummy
