I was happy with Eddie the mortgage advisor and all his input but I was very disappointed with Kelly Walsh the solicitor for the reason this was my first time of buying a house so I was vulnerable anyways as this was all new to me and I had a help to buy ISA that I was saving into for over 2 years which helped towards my deposit, so I was asked to get my closing bank statement numerous times, when got my deposit money altogether but it didn't arrive till after the clearance had gone through with buying the house and then Kelly told me because of this reason I won't get my 25% back of the government because the house deposit had already gone through but she never informed me BEFORE completion date for the house that I wouldn't get 25% back if closing bank statement wasn't in after mortgage had gone through. I would of expected her to say to me before finalising the house that I won't get the 25% of the government if the closing bank statement isn't in before finalisation of the house because if she did I would of extended completion date by another week or 2 for buying the house so I had bank statements in on time so now I have lost out on £500.... Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
