All it takes is one single employee to make a frustrating experience with a whole company. We were doing perfectly fine with the first agent assigned to us, until that person was replaced by a frankly incompetent administrator, who is not only bad at the job but can not even write clear English to avoid confusion. Every single email needs clarification.
Add to that the lack of willingness to do the job and the inclination to indulge in petty games. The latest example of this is being requested irrelevant and intrusive information about utility invoice payment as former tenants in order to unlock our deposit. Yet, the invoices are billed in our names, and according to our tenancy contract and the law, not only have we done and provided everything they actually needed, but the owner could never be held liable anyway.
Obviously everything is paid, but it's a matter of principle. This is another petty, slight abuse of power to waste everyone's time.
