Went for some cocktails we sat at the bar over 5 mins and no one greated or offered us menus. There was a talk guy with glass and a small girl they where just chatting away. I had to call them over for menus. When we decided what to drink I then again had to interrupt their conversation again. Didn’t feel like they valued my presents as a customer and Charles W5 did not live to it repertation as I have been to other venus in the chain and have had a great experience do not recommend won’t be visiting again after my experience....
