This time I entrusted Gardiners with my sale and the experience was incomparably better than any previous one. Emma, Ian and their team became my friends. This is the most horrible agent I’ve ever used! They cheat! They are dishonest, cheating buyers along with sellers. I was buying a property with them and the property has serious leakage issues in the basement. The agent along with the buyer told me they have fixed the issue. And before exchange I realised that the fix even not started- they are liars! The leakage issue is so severe that will take 6-12 months to fix and people have to move out during that period… once we found out, they denied everything they’ve done! Even that means we lost thousands of pounds in surveyor, lawyer, mortgage fees. They are not responsive to emails either. For whoever wants to buy or sell with the agent, NO!! NO!!!! If you want a nightmare, deal with them. Otherwise avoid them!!!! Don’t let my tragedy happen to you... Read more
