We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

My Savills Agent for a purchase was Kealey Hodge. From the first phone call to completion Kealey was wonderful, communicative, professional and went above and beyond on a few issues that arose between solicitors and seller. I honestly could not have asked for or found a more helpful, kind, understanding agent. The other element that I loved was regular updates on progress and keeping me in the loop of any days off at critical times and when this happened there was a plan in place to move thing forward. Highly recommended. Always on time and ALWAYS great communication.

I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience with the Sales team at Savills, they are always super professional and helpful. However, my experience with their property inspector this morning was super unprofessional. The lady, Debbie, showed up 22min late and didn’t think it was necessary to let me know and when I called her she said it wasn’t her “fault that traffic is bad and there is not enough parking”. She didn’t know the area and hence the delay. No respect for people’s time or work schedules. When she finally showed up, she entered without saying hello or taking off her shoes. Instead of a 15 min appointment, she was done in less than 2 min and said her colleague was dealing with an issue, that she was asked to look into. On her way out she said she still insisted the delay wasn’t her responsibility and that she would now be 20 min late for her next appointment- and she wouldn’t apologise again and she just left without saying goodbye. Please learn to manage your time better and please learn to take off your shoes before entering people’s homes!

A very positive property sale experience with Savills Ealing. Savills proved to be the best estate agent for high end property sale in Ealing. Stuart Balfre was our main contact and key negotiator and together with strong contribution from Christian Whittaker they provided a highly professional and reliable service. I had the best experience renting through Savills with special thanks to Katy. I cant recommend her highly enough! She went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly and as quickly as possible. It was my first time renting and she was always quick to respond to my never ending queries, and was always so helpful, approachable and friendly. She kept me updated through the whole process and helped make the experience as stress free as possible. Overall an amazing service, thank you so much!

Difficult to get hold of lettings agent once offer was made for apartment. Heard nothing from team (no replies to emails, no answering phone calls) for two weeks only to receive email two days before move in date asking for references. Move in date postponed by a week without notice.
Strongly suggest you rethink.

He answered all our questions and queries quickly and was very patient with helping us to organise multiple viewings (sorry about all the measuring Christian!). Great experience with Savills Ealing. Stuart Balfré was amazing throughout the whole process. Despite my solicitors been extremely useless and unprofessional. Stuart worked tirelessly with all parties to ensure everything went through to exchange.
He promptly responded to messages and kept a good communication throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend. Oh and the survival box I got from Savills on colleting the keys, was VERY handy. Well thought-out, a really nice touch.

One of best experiences with an estate agent to date. Recently became a tenant in one of their properties in Ealing/Brentford. Katy was extremely professional, understanding of what I was looking for, lovely and not pushy at all (which I had with another estate agent) This made the whole thing very stress free from start to finish. Importantly, in what are difficult times for people I didn't feel I was being played off against other tenants or being encouraged to make offers in a bidding war to over inflate the price when the market had dropped a bit. I could genuinely tell they were trying to get the right tenant in the property to suit both parties. Thank you Katy for all your help I'm really happy here.
