From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!

We had heard no end of horror stories about the London rental market - but our experience couldn't have been further from that with Horton and Garton! The wonderful Alliyah helped my parter and I find a great place (and move in! ) in a matter of weeks and the process was smooth from start to finish. We couldn't be happier and would recommend their services to anyone.

We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. She went out of her way to pick me up from Waitrose in Ealing and drove me to the property for the viewing. She was personable and warm in her approach for which I was immensely grateful. She showed me around the property explaining minute details. Although I did not make an offer on that particular property I enjoyed meeting her and the viewing, After informing her that my son was interested in residing close to the Elizabeth line, she drove me around the back streets of the area to point out the location of the tube station and also a quiet park in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend Jo and also Gibbs Gillespie as a company. She sent me a lovely email this afternoon wishing my son and I well for securing the apartment in a lively neighbourhood. I was touched by her wishes. Thank you very much Jo.

I called back several times talked to people who apparently, didn't have a clue. Got an answer on my 5th call to be told they "unfortunately had accepted another offer. If I'd called sooner I'd of been accepted." ?????????.untrustworthy and a complete waste of time.
25th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

They supported my parents with their move into a new property, the level of communication was superb. I would highly recommend them to friends, family & colleagues.
3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hassan from Perkins Estates in Greenford, and I have to say, it was a great experience. He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. He really knew his stuff when it came to the local property scene, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, listened to our needs, and didn't try to push anything on us that wasn't right. Communication was top-notch with Mr. Hassan. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and making sure we knew what was going on. It was really reassuring to have someone so reliable guiding us through the process. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Hassan was his attention to detail. He made sure everything was sorted out smoothly, leaving no stone unturned. It made the whole buying process a breeze. Long story short, if you're in Greenford and in need of a great estate agent, I can't recommend Mr. Hassan at Perkins Estates enough. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy to work with. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

She was clear and informative in showing us around the properties, and while we were fortunate to find a home through another agent, we would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola as someone to go to in searching for a new home. Tugba & Danny- 24th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)One of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in my 10 years in London. They promised you with a lot of things before you move in and once you move in and pay and sign they will never do what they promised. My advice if you want to rent from this Sh&ty agent to record video of the person dealing with you. Rental manger (Andrew)????????
