Having rented out my property via Foxtons Chiswick for many years, Chris Howard from the Chiswick branch professionally & skilfully delivered on all fronts when I recently sold the property, again via Foxtons Chiswick. Facilitating & enabling the whole process to completion during the post Brexit “fallout” period, which has seen 2/3 of London property sales stall or a re-negotiation on price for many sellers.
In particular, Chris's tireless liaison between the 2 legal teams was fundamental to getting to exchange of contracts and then meeting what was a critical sale completion deadline for me.
Couldn’t have got there without him – he was simply brilliant – thanks Chris & the whole Foxtons Chiswick team!
Rude and unprofessional.
Foxtons should put more friendly people at receptions in the branches, and they should audit the calls of their "sales" agents. This isn't the first time I've had bad customer service from this agency but today I received a call from Zayd from the Chiswick office and I understand even more why everyone I know hates Foxtons. He was rude, unprofessional and incredibly pushy... basically lived up to the agency's reputation.
Go invest your money elsewhere people, if these agents can't be friendly in the early stages of the sale imagine what it would be like if they managed your property.....
We have been working with Guy and his team this year, and have found him and his team, very professional and helpful. He has a great understanding of the market he works in, and is a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
The worst and total useless agency I Have even dealt with. The best task they are able to do is to rip you off! For all the other services they continuously make mistakes and you have to follow everything like you were doing the work yourself, so why paying them?
When you leave the flat there is the “strawberry on the cake” with 76£ fee if you want them to reference you for the new flat!
Please be aware I warned you... if then you are recidive... up to you!
I let my flat through Harper Finn for over six years and then sold it through them. They're wonderful to work with: professional, patient and honest. I felt they always had my best interests at heart and liked the fact that I was dealing with grown-ups who understood me - and who I could trust.

Really happy with the service from the Acton Team. Comfort Osobu was amazing and incredibly helpful. She went over and above duty to ensure we had any and all information we needed when we needed it, and constantly kept us in the loop on our property search (something I can confidently say you won't experience everywhere!!!). Once we'd decided on the property, everything was sorted in a swift 12 days. Couldn't be happier!
The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.
Suj Kerai is the by far the one of the best estate agents I have dealt with, and I must say that it has been a pleasure. She always goes above and beyond expectations, and never fails to deliver. Very dedicated in helping us find our property, and always makes us me feel very comfortable talking to her. We are very satisfied with the level of service. Defiantly recommend to friends and family.
A true asset to Foxtons Wembley.
Made an enquiry and specified my budget and requested no time wasting. Before arriving for the viewing, I requested photos and prices of the property. I was then taken to viewings with properties which were way above my budget and I was subsequently insulted that I could not make a higher offer. I was informed that a higher offer had been made but the property is still on their website. I was also taken to a property which I had already viewed before and was told that the price was £1250 when in fact it was listed for £1150. Appalled by their level of desperation. Will make a formal complaint to the regulatory body as taking advantage of ordinary people is part of their daily routine. Their staff are not just rude but also skillful in making up information to their advantage. They will most likely reply denying everything.
I can only say good things about Georgiana. She ran the process from end to end, without any issues and really knows her stuff. Very impressed with her professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication in getting the job done. Pleasure to work with her and look forward to working with her again.
Found the perfect flat through Josh, who has been most efficient, proactive and helpful. I explained what I was after and was shown the perfect property after only a couple of viewings. Everything else has been completely hassle- and stress-free. I'd return to Aston Rowe and strongly recommend them.
