Mia Made a usually stressful endeavour feel like a breeze; she went above & beyond to meet my needs. Mia/Churchill Estate Agents come highly recommended. Thanks again Mia ????????
Initially friendly and helpful but once youve signed the paper work you can forget any kind of decent customer service.
Customer service is a joke
Telephone manner (If you can get hold of them) is disgraceful especially when they call you.
Management and communication between staff is near non exhistant.
The customer is not number one in this amature run branch of Churchills i hope the other branches are not like this.
If i could give them one less star i would.
Have dealt with Go View since 2011 and both the sales and lettings team have been excellent throughout. Thoroughly honest and professional service and the team is always willing to help and go that extra mile when needed. Particular thanks to Bryan and Michael, I would not hesitate to recommend Go View to friends.
Yesterday I got in touch with this agent to arrange a viewing in a property in Ealing, W5. viewing was with Rebecca McCarthy. I run into the rush hour Hanger Lane traffic and was delayed a few minutes, I attempted calling the offices to notify of the situation after several attempts to an number that was on VM. Finally I got through to them 10 minutes before I arrived for my 6pm appointment.
I was caught up in at least 1 hour traffic to do this viewing.
Rebecca McCarthy a supposed lettings negotiator has left the property without notifying me that she was leaving after I had contacted her office of my delay. I had wasted 1 hour in traffic to turn up to this viewing and the agent had just disappeared!
zero effort by this agent and zero communication!
a time waster at best and that property was empty, such a big effort from the agent and If I was the landlord of 8 Westbury Road, W5 I should look to instruct an agent that bothers at least and not one that disappears from viewings!
Really impressed by Robert P. the main letting agent for RSK Acton rentals. Would definitely recommend him. He is very professional, genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.
The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.
James Matthews was so good when we sold my mother's flat that we went back to him and Whitman & Co when we had another difficult property to sell. Exceptionally good and knowledgeable, they deserve their reputation as the best Estate Agent in Chiswick.
I would highly recommend Whitman & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Chiswick. The professionalism, knowledge and expertise demonstrated by James Matthews and his team was exceptional. Thank you. Adrian Dent
We bought our property through Cameron Stiff (Hussein) and sold it through them again a few years later. They are knowledgeable and realistic on pricing, and proactive in driving transactions through to completion which is important when things do not go to plan, as is inevitably the case.
Terrible. They sent me to one address which wasn't built yet, and one address where the guy never showed up to let me in. Never followed up, useless. Sent bad flats that were irrelevant. Staff are rude. Asked 3 times to be taken off their mailing list and they still have not.
