Richard Tann has been very friendly and fast in helping us with our move and negotiating the terms with the Landlord,
I'm glad every aspect worked out smoothly.
Orchards of London (Acton branch) has been consistently unprofessional in our experience. It has been a one sided interaction with replies to emails that are generally requests from their side whereas emails from us have been largely unanswered. Our issue started the day we moved in. There were errors with the contract and paperwork and despite promises from their side, the house was not cleaned up when we moved in. This week, they requested that I stay in the house for a viewing and then did not show up or bother to cancel the appointment with a total disregard for our time and schedule. There was no explaination provided and our email was disregarded. Today, they wanted to co me over and booked a viewing. They also requested that they take the only pair of keys I have (since my partner is travelling) with them to make a copy and promised to return it by 18:00 which did not occur and all the phone numbers that I have are going straight to voice mail. So its Friday evening, I would like to go out and I am stranded for the entire weekend.
Additionally, while my emails have been ignored I received a check-out notice with a fee for £234 for a check out inspection and a fee for £500 for the contract (already paid on moving in) which are numbers that we haven’t encountered in our eight years of renting various apartments across London.
We do not appreciate this behaviour from unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals and strongly take offense to being treated in this manner despite being paying customers.
THE estate agents to use in Queens Park and Kensal Rise - we used Cameron Stiff for our sale (and they acted on our purchase) this year. The friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working team did a brilliant job in a very difficult market, getting lots of viewers through the doors, benchmarking the market and realistic sale prices and putting deals together for us. Jerome, Stephen and Hussein did an excellent job for us on our eventual sale and long delayed purchase and were proactive and ensured all stayed on track. We can't thank the team enough. If you want hard working, tenacious, experienced and pleasant estate agents to work with (which lets face it, we could all do with in today's market), these are the guys to use.
Absolutely appalling service from Camerons Stiff. Incompetent to say the least!
Amazing customer service from James & Hollie. Really went out of their way to make the moving process comfortable and stress free. Would definitely recommend them to other friends moving into the West London area.
The staff here are amazing. The sale wouldn't have gone through without them going the extra mile. Harry in particular was very helpful through out the process.

Sam Horridge thank you so much for you time and dedicated service to help me find accommodation. You are a Superstar !
The Ealing office successfully and efficiently sold a house for us. Joe gave a realistic assessment of value, rapidly elicited multiple offers and managed the process of getting the best result for us professionally. Nikolay then handled all aspects of the conveyancing process smoothly, liaising well with us, the buyer and our respective solicitors. Overall, a very positive experience despite poor market conditions.
We used Mile Estate agents to sell our flat recently. In a challenging market they succeeded where other agents had failed. Kyle and Kay were both very friendly and approachable and used their expertise to guide us through the process. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Many thanks guys.
Brad and Karolina.
Requested a viewing of a property, agent responsible didn't show up and was rude to my girlfriend. Deeply aggravating.
