They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We recently bought a house through Go View - they were professional and friendly throughout the process from start to finish.<br>During the search James got to know us and what we were looking for, which led us to the perfect property. He was honest and knowledgeable which made us feel much more comfortable.<br>Our sales manager Helyn kept the sales process moving really well, and we ended up not having any delays or issues before completion as a result.<br>Overall, we were very happy to have gone with Go View, and will recommend them in the future.
24th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

They were consistently professional, polite, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my time in the property. Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. It made a real difference knowing I was dealing with agents who were both competent and genuinely pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to others. Tryfon
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

They are professional and procedural. Some of the times they are dismissive, cold and emails leave me frozen, from Joanna Koperska and others (sorry, has to be named). Avoid them if you can
