Staff working very hard to get food prepped quickly and keep customers in the right areas to order and wait, but lobby is a bit small for proper social distancing. Staff still careful to be welcoming and ensure orders are correct before customers leave.

Decent. Went in for a quick bite after the transport museum. Food was fresh and tasty. Only 2 tables and a bar with one stool available (due to covid I imagine).
It's clearly a McDonald's built for takeaway orders mainly. Staff were all helpful and friendly

Not a McDonald's fan. But have grans. So for me an occasional treat for them. I would have fish meal and apple pie and plain ice cream. Can't do with the chocolates in them. And like the milkshakes. Kids like the usual burgers or nuggets meals ice cream and milkshakes. Pricey!

The McDonalds app is useful to show varying prices for different branches. This one is significantly more expensive than other West End branches, presumably because it's a different franchisee to most of the rest. Incidentally the cheapest branch is Oxford Street at Tottenham Court Road.

I have always loved McDonald's breakfast. Definitely hit the spot for me. Went for the double sausage and egg mc muffin with an extra sausage. Went for the white coffee which is very affordable at 99p.

Fraud MacDonald's, two peoples who are working in this has changed the Till settings of the system and charged double than the normal, Need to complain a fraud case against them. And providing fake receipts to the customers...

Only two staff working, one who really didn't want to be working there. Very miserable. Had to wait a good 10 mins for a burger and fries even though there was only 5 people waiting, including two heavily armed police officers who ordered drinks.
Burger was average anx the fries where cold.

For some reason I like this particular McDonald's. Perhaps it's the area.
It is, nonetheless, a McDonald's. It's a cheap and cheerful American fast food joint. The four stars reflect how cheap and quick it is, together with the fact that you can also pick up a donut, ice-cream or a coffee. It is handy but it's not a top notch restaurant and you should not expect a top notch restaurant experience.... Because it's McDonald's!
This Micky D's, in St Martin's Lane, is strangely nice though. Clean, simple, and of course self service displays available.

Watching a manager putting a double sausage muffin together was disappointing especially when two slices of cheese were clumped together, I think this shows a lack of care to from product to customers. On top of that had to wait 10mins before it was served up to me.

The McDonalds in the UK have no variety of food for vegetarian food. Dreadful and stale veggie burger. The chips are normally very oily and have a weird taste to them. You’d be better off eating from a local Kebab shop or Tesco. The only reason for the 2 stars is their McFlurry which is nice and very cheap. Hopefully they improve in the future, will not be visiting any time soon!

Fast, clean, friendly.
Amazing customer experience!
Hard working staff and good location.
The disadvantage is that you not bringing vouchers for local businesses that our staff staff can use it as it was before. We could have more vouchers please for local businesses.
Otherwise all great!

No place to sit, takeaway place, took a lot of time to prepare. Also with a happy meal they gave a book! My kid was disappointed!.. i wouldn't recommend this place.. there are better options in covent gardens, pizza express right opposite could be a better choice i guess

Worst MC Donald's I've ever been to, no effort put into making my food at all. Prices seem to be more expensive than any other McDonald's with a milkshake being 40p more. Avoid this venue until they have competent staff or better prices

As you know this is a big fast food chain. No one can argue that they have enough clients. Some interistin fact about McDonald's is that actualy their main business is not burgers and fries it is realestate. They own every place where there is McDonald's. So i gues thats why their staff is underpaied and not so happy to work there. Don't get me wrong it's gret place to put some junk and very tasty food in your stomach.

They are quick but keep making mistakes. Last time they gave me a crispy chicken wrap when I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. Today they gave me a white coffee when I ordered a black coffee. It causes inconvenience as had to go back again after coming to office wasting time. A colleague of mine had similar experience when she had to go back to return the chicken burger when she had ordered a veg burger. She does not eat meat. They need to pay more attention to the order.

2 stars because its one of those new breed of McDonalds with NO SEATING and touch screen order points. So, a takeaway and not a restaurant. Food was fine but had to eat it standing on the street.

Rarely I get what I order. "Customizing" a burger is a waste of time, chances are you get the regular one. Most of the time there is an item or two missing. Ordering machines never have paper. Despite all above the service is fast and they will correct any issue if you spot it

It is great for a quick bite on the go! You can stop in any time as it is open 24hrs a day!! The food is really nice and is always served quickly!! You can sit in or take away it doesn't matter! You can also order whattever you want and can customise it to your liking!!
Overall i would definetly stop here if you are passing by!!

I had no problems with customer service but my friend had to wait more than 15 minutes for a standard cheeseburger order, and no one apologized for the wait. In fact her order showed up on the screen as ready to pick up and subsequently disappeared even though she didn't get her food.
During this incident we witnessed an angry customer curse at the manager for an incorrect order. The manager then proceeded to swear and act very unprofessionally, forcing the remaining employees to calm the customer down and setting the entire room into an unwelcoming feeling.
I feel after such a poor experience I will be very unlikely to return to this establishment.

Sometimes head here for breakfast on the way to work as it's quieter than most and the food is made to order so always hot. Self serve terminals take too long and no where to sit as it's takeaway only. Service is usually quick as it's pretty quiet in the mornings.

Love the self order kiosks, can have a browse of the full menu and customise your sandwich easily, ensuring the freshest burger. Fries seem to be better here than at other branches, think they must cook them longer, helps them survive the journey back to the office, as this place is take out only.

Absolutely disgusting on a not that busy Sunday night. Poo and pads all over the bathrooms and no toilet paper. Asked someone for some and they told me to use napkins. Long wait time even though there were minimal people.

Food was quite slow although it wasn't busy. Couldn't use the toilet at all as there was a stream of homeless people going in there to wash and whatever. Staff were friendly and very apologetic for the wait

Went there to cash in on my monopoly free drink, thought I'd treat myself, however after looking at the receipt. The lady had charged me for the drink anyway! There was no where to sit and there were at one point, pigeons in the store. Not Impressed.

In any critique, the critic must be aware of the experience offered and review accordingly. With that in mind this is a McDonald's, as such Ronseal goes along way to describing it.
Although scope should remain to compare, I had been used to a drunken vagrant filled McDonald's that has since closed on Leicester Square, to be greeted here by a smile and an exceptionally sweet "good morning" was a refreshing start. To see the gentleman behind not even place an order, simply to be so 'local' that he could place his order with no more interaction than the exchange of money and a "Thank you" the obligatory good mornings not forgotten.
I received my own thank you as I held the door open, the small details in life can make a big difference, I know today is going to be a good day and I have this McDonald's to thank for that. So with that in mind people of central London if you are given the choice, I suggest you pick up your Big Mac from here.

This is my local McDonalds, and I am incredibly disappointed to learn recently about the poor standards of their chicken welfare. Apparently their chickens are bred in a way that causes them to develop debilitating diseases, and I will be boycotting McDonalds and encouraging all my friends to do the same until they make a commitment to better chicken welfare.

Good service but the downside us,it's a take away only restaurant. In a very busy city where there's nowhere to just sit down this becomes a problem
