When we started to look for apartments in London we were really worried because we had to move to the UK from abroad. However, with the help from Leanne and Veronika the renting process was smooth and easy. We could always call or mail them and they responded instantly, even on a Sunday. I rented the home in Covent garden to move on 2nd of September, and I had been informed on 30th of August that I cannot move since there is a problem with electricity. Company representatives wanted me to stay in hotel and couldn’t even tell me exacty dates to move. It should be detected much before the apartment is advertised and I really suffered due to uncertainty. However, they did their best to fix it and tried to make my relocation smoother. Despite I was so concerned and angry for days, I have been relieved with their collaborative and positive approach during the process. They manage the crisis very well.

The people working at the Tavistock branch are actually lovely and always willing to help, however the flat I rented from them had an unacceptable landlord. I was living in a rat infested flat for months and they never cared or even took responsibility for having rented a flat that had an obvious history with rodents. They were not even willing to compensate after everything! Stay away from any flats in the Covent Garden region! I will attach an image of one of the rats I caught below. It’s just really terrible really… flats with a history of rodents should NOT be put on the market! This a HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD! People could get genuinely sick from this! Very bad on Tavistock part to work with such landlords.

I have lived in London for 5 years and in that time dealt with many estate agents as I’ve moved around the city trying to find my long term location. London estate agents have a bad rep for being overbearing and at times really difficult to deal with but Leanne at Tavistock bow was a million miles from that. I’ve had such a positive experience working with her to secure my current flat and cannot help her enough for her hard work and reassurance in helping me get it over the line. She is easily the best agent I’ve dealt with in London and if I have to find a new flat in the future I only want to find it via Tavistock bow and Leanne!

Craig Simpson was simply fantastic in the selling process of our Covent Garden flat. Being our first property sale in the UK, we were underwhelmed to say the least by the other agents’ marketing efforts. He proactively rallied his buyers, though, and being a local agent he had many great potential buyers. Going into the process I thought that going with a ‘larger’ firm would be more effective, but the local nature of Tavistock Bow combined with the drive of Craig was a winning combination. We sold our flat, but we also investigated letting it out, and they even offered much lower fees than the others. Craig was knowledgable, motivated, effective, and a truly nice guy. Couldn’t recommend him and Tavistock Bow more in a frankly awful buying/selling process in London. Full disclosure - we actually sold our flat through another agent, under circumstances irrelevant to this review, but if that situation hadn’t arisen, I know that Craig would have delivered.

I must've sent out 50 requests for information on rightmove during my apartment hunt, and Leanne was one of the very few that took the time to really understand my search and requirements instead of just sending me a template email or questionnaire to fill out. Leanne Saddington is an absolute gem and has made my experience of working with Tavistock Bow to find a flat extremely seamless. As someone coming out of town and moving during the COVID-19 crisis, I couldn't have asked for someone more flexible, proactive, and accommodating than Leanne. From my initial email, she was incredibly responsive over email/text/video and truly went the extra mile – she conducted FaceTime viewings, provided me honest advice to help me narrow down my list, and even sent me a full virtual walking tour of the surrounding area of my top choice flat to help me feel more secure in my decision. Not to mention she also negotiated an incredible deal. I expected this process to be very stressful through and through, but with Leanne it was easy :) Would work with Leanne and Tavistock Bow again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to other colleagues planning their moves!

When we moved to London from the United States one year ago, we didn’t know what to expect from flats in London in terms of space, amenities, cost, etc.
We began working with Tavistock Bow to help us find a flat that would be a perfect start to our new life and adventure in London. Lucy, was the letting agent we worked with and she really listened to what were were looking for in a flat and she helped us find a perfect flat that ticked all of the boxes we had (price, location, amenities, close proximity to public transportation, etc.)
Throughout the entire process of going to look and flats and continuing on until our tenancy agreement was signed and completed, the entire transition was made easy and Lucy and the rest of the Tavistock Bow team were there to answer any and all of our questions

They have in depth knowledge of Covent Garden and areas around. They are
practical, no waffle, speedy and pleasant.

We purchased our flat in Covent Garden through Anne-Marie at Tavistock Bow. We were very pleased with her proactive approach in helping the purchase proceed. She went above and beyond what most agents would do to provide us with the information we needed and obtaining quotes for work that would be needed on the property. Due to the personalised service we received due to Tavistock Bow being a small company we decided that we would use the letting team to subsequently market and manage our property. Having a local expert with good contacts has enabled us to let the property at a distance keeping the running of the flat as smooth as possible.
