The person Richard King can show a rude, initimidating and bullying attitude at times. When it comes to your deposit, he has his own friends in cleaning and furniture etc businesses and so he tries his best to squeeze as much of your deposit as possible. Please be careful.... Read more

everything is rosy at the beginning and were told to contact them if there is anything that we need to be done. Strangely now the landlord has to step in and Stewart hunter is not a point of contact for the assistance we need. I feel we are troubling are landlord now who has a busy life too. Feel a little cheated Yes, Mr Richard King, I am truly embarrassed to write this review. Despite reading this review in January 2020 you personally did not contact us and it's almost 3 months we moved in. . I got your response only through this review. And yes if it were only the plumbing i would have adjusted. The hob does not have a filter, when I brought to your attention, you told we should open the windows while cooking. While you clearly know its winter. Further the most convenient 1 out of 4 hobs does not work. When I asked the land lady, she said you are aware of this. So if you are aware and did not tell us, then clearly stewart hunter is deceiving us. Now you may understand why I had to use this medium to get your kind attention. Anyway plumbing is fixed which I appreciate the land lady time, used me as a handyman and it's done for free. When you take the rent every month, there is no adjustment even though I as a tenant is adjusting to the facts not laid down to us. The electricity company contacted me so many times saying I owed them money from November when we only moved In December. So u can imagine the frustration.... Read more

I have just rented my property and I found them efficient, honest and upfront. Richard explained the process clearly to me and dealt with everything as I am abroad. He wanted to make sure the house was of a high standard for the tenants and dealt with the repairs, etc but sent me pictures and kept me updated on everything. I am glad I chose them as I feel assured they will do the right thing by me and the tenant.... Read more
