My uncle had a shocking experience with Knight Young when letting their modern 1 bed apartment. The rent was set below market rate, didn't go up for 5 years despite market increasing and the flat was left in a dirty state despite supposedly a requirement that the tenant gets it professionally cleaned. They moved the contract to KFH and the rent went up immediately by over 30%. I suspect the rent was reduced due to the previous agents's knowledge of the previous tenant but this can't be proved. The only person who is competent, reliable , respectful of the customer and hardworking, doing his job properly, is a young lady. The men working there completely ignore the customer, do not contact with customers. Another client jacked up the price of the apartment for rent and they rented to this client without informing me. They did not even call or send an email. They respect only those who pay more. All that matters is money. Edit:I understand it, that someone gave more. I do not judge the man who raised the price. I am judging the wac that you did not inform me about it. You didn't call, you didn't write an email. You treated me like garbage, because only money is important to you, not a human being. If you had called, I would have raised the price by another &50. But all in all, it's a good thing I don't live there, because there was moisture in the bathroom under the paint and the shared kitchen.... Read more

Scammers! The worst estate agents!! Absolutely no help, they only contact via email, they are complete a scam artists! Possibly the worst manager I have ever experience, I cannot believe how bad the branch manager is, he is a disgrace. Knight young is a very worst agency i have ever been in my life. They are really not going to help you once you let in to the property. We have struggled a lot with them. They dont even bother if u have any issue in your home once the agreement starts. They dont even respond to ur emails or calls even if it is urgent situation also. They gave a house full of faults once we get into the property which is more like toilet water leakage(if someone in upstairs flushes toilet, we get waste water drops from ceiling and splashes to us if we use bathroom, its so disgusting and unhygiene) and also if we use kitchen sink for washing dishes are going to store in washing machine and its vice versa if you are using ur washing machine for that everything happened to us, they didnt even give proper explanation and didnt even do any repair and also we vacated the house after one year once agreement get over. They are like let them adjust to the house... They make you to wait till the agreement get over even if the house is in very worse condition. Very bad behaviour and also such a rude people working there as well.... Read more

Horrible experience with this agency since they have taken over a property at Kingsley Road. They take days to rectify a problem leaving tenants to suffer and expect the rent to be paid on time. Its been two days now the internet is not working so the folks working of home have to find alternative ways to work. Don’t understand what’s up with these guys.... Read more

Worse experience with knight young estate agent. Letting side guy never answer call & reply to emails. This agency doesn’t bother about you if you are landlord of the property. No inspection after end of tenancy. Must not let out your home with this agent.... Read more
