Very Poor - Only giving one star because 0 is not an option Only giving one star because 0 is not an option. As a landlord I have paid these guys 6% to manage my property and they have not even done the basics of keeping me informed on tenants moving out, inventory checkouts and renewals. There is absolutely no management of the property here. No one knows what is going on and no body is reachable on the phone. Either staff turn over is super high or they have a super generous holiday package either way as a customer it leaves you in a place where you cannot get any information on your property in an efficient manner and more often than not are in the dark till you incessantly chase up. If you had the time to keep on top of every little detail of the rental why would you be paying these guys the management fee! My advice - Please do not touch Aeon with a barge pole... Read more

Aeons estates review- worst agency for tenants Aeons is the most unprofessional and difficult company to work with. They come across as clueless most of the time and send incorrect advice as well as a mass of empty promises. They will take weeks to respond. Now that we have moved into the property and paid our deposits they will not fix any of the issues and communication has halted. They have been useless and infuriating DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... Well where can I starts as per previous comments Aeon estates staff and owner Dinesh Patel and Kalyan Pilli who I have be liaising with regarding a property above my flat. Kalyan say's lots of promising words but none have been kept. I have personal experience with being lied to and called a liar and the only words that come out are "is it" or " not in my hands". I have a small child and hubby who work shifts and same with neighbour who also is in the same boat. Tenant's who have been in the flat above are really rude arrogant and noisy, I have taken this up with Kalyan and with Dinesh who argues back with you instead of helping and Kalyan is not suitable for the job as he said I am not a strong person. Would not use these people at all I have taken my issues much further. Also, lied to by Kalyan that we have a caution placed against us what rubbish he knows nothing he again lied to us. One star is way way too much to be giving shame there is not a -1!!!! No emails returned have had to chase up each and every time!... Read more

It will not let me give zero stars. One star is way too generous!!. Absolutely awful Estate Agents. They rarely returned my calls or emails. They were very hard to deal with and even my mortgage broker and conveyancer said the same. Kalyan Pilli (one of the estate agents there) was about as useful as a chocolate kettle, and a liar too. Which I can prove and have evidence as well. Upon completion, I did not get all the keys for the property. Which I should have done, and all I got from them was attitude, it took 3 days of calls from both myself and my solicitor to get the keys, and all the rubbish cleared, which again was promised to me by Kalyan before completion, and suprise suprise it wasn''t done Do not use these cowboys, I learnt the hard way, and had no end of stress. There are many better agents in Hounslow, stay clear of Aeon... Read more
