Unfortunately the agency is let down by the arrogant young man- Josh who works there. On the first meeting he arrived to take photos of my house and was very rude, showing no interest to his job at hand and not filling me with confidence. As we were part exchanging we had a choice of 3 agents to give our house keys to and stupidly chose Oystens. My husband went to hand the keys in and was met with an unfriendly “yeah?” from the same guy who shouted to a colleague as if he couldn’t be bothered to help. The rest of the team we have spoken to are fine but if Oystens promise to deliver a personal service they need to invest in some people skills training.

Not only was Oystons the best estate agency I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, they are also one of the very best overall companies I have used.... exceptional service.
Their service went above and beyond. Their staff were upbeat, friendly, very professional and very proactive. Without going into the finer details of my experience I am reviewing an agency that the sale actually finally fell through due to absolutely no fault of Oystons. Rebecca and her team were the only strong link in a chain of disasters. Oystons Fleetwood were the only ones keeping us informed and constantly trying to sort out problems with our solicitor. She and her staff were far more professional and clued up than the solicitors.
Far too many to mention in this review, there were many occasions where Rebecca went out of her way to recover the sale despite the problems not being caused by Oystons.
I have genuinely nothing but praise for a service that was exemplary, and have no hesitation in recommending.
I will be using them again in the future
