Would just like to say what an amazing stay at the sandpiper apartments. Great location to everything. What a lovely chilled vibe it was. It has everything you need fridge cooker microwave etc. It also has a smart tv so you can log into your on tv apps. Would highly recommend. I will be back to stay again :)

I was completely lost navigating the rental market until I stumbled upon this estate agency. From day one, they treated me like a priority—not just another client. My agent, Abby, patiently walked me through every step, from budgeting to finding the best housing for me. As a pet owner, I know how hard it can be to find somewhere to rent with them, but Harris & Co are great at negotiating for their clients and informing us whether a property would also be suitable for our needs!

What a great place, fabulous for a large family. The kids loved their 'special' bedroom, and the games room, the adults enjoyed their comfy and clean bedrooms. Large living area and dining table in the large window, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and played many games. I noticed you'd addressed some of the previous comments on trip advisor, re providing toilet paper and other basics. However you haven't got 5 stars because the outside area could be so much nicer.

Absolutely loved staying at their location in Layton, really easy to get to from either Layton Train Station or Blackpool North. A lovely quiet area with a Subway and local amenities such as Co-op and Tesco practically outside the door with Sainsburys relatively close within a 20 minute walk.
The house itself was spotless, with clean linens, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for however long a stay you needed.
Will absolutely be staying at this location in the future as I travel back and forth between the Blackpool area a lot!

Efficient, good communication but they have a safe key (as do most) hand over in the estate agent office which in my case will mean I have got to do a 22 mile , 1 hour, round trip to pick up the keys with the removal van waiting outside the house for an hour. I think they could have made an exception in this case. Surely the estate agent could meet me there and hand over the keys safely.

Phoenix Rise apartment was furnished and decorated to a high standard. It had everything you would need, including a Ninja rice cooker! My son and grandchildren loved it. They will stay there again next time they visit. Parking was fine, and it is near the shops. Can’t fault it.

Hi we recently stayed at captain cove which is a 3 bedroom house in Fleetwood. It is a nice spacious house which accommodated five of us and our dog plenty of parking spaces and also near the town and tram stop. We would definitely stay again when in the area.Thanks

Having recently put a repair request in for an issue on our oven, we were both very surprised to have it replaced with a brand new one, as we thought it was just going to get fixed. Our thanks goes out to Lewis Slater at the Fleetwood branch, who organised the sanctioning of the oven, and to our landlord, who agreed to it, where we are very grateful, ????.

Even though I took so long to answer the door,
I was sorting a barbecue in the garden he was extremely polite and had a good sense of humour. Staff cannot comunicate properly. I rent a property with Harris and Co, and have lived here since November 2022. I have a 2 year old son and a newborn, and despite multiple reports of problems with my boiler, I am now left without heating. There always seems to be issues with the engineers that come to look at the issue. With one not even having knowledge of a new part being ordered. I pay almost £700 rent on the property. Have never once payed it late. I'm a great Tenant. I have now been without hot water or heating for a week. With a newborn baby and another child under three. Every time I try and complain, I am told it's not their fault. Furious.

The most awful waste of time and money listening to the lies of the estate agent Joe. I had an offer accpeted on a property advertised and confirmed as 3 self contained flats with an EPC rating of D, fully occupied. After spending nearly £1k for a survey I found out there were 2 self contained flats with a bedsit corridor share in the middle, the EPC rating was E and F (unlettable) and the ground floor flat was unoccupied. This property had been on the market for more than 6 months.. there was no way that the agent didn't know this. After emailing these problems I received no reply and the property was put back on the market with the same lies advertised. Disgraceful. Should be taken to the Ombudsmen but can't be bothered to waste my time...

Danny came around to do our 6 month inspection and it was the best and most thorough inspection we have ever had....EVER!
I say this because Danny was very respectful in our home and removed his shoes with no issue when asked (no holes in socks either :) )
Danny made sure all alarms were working and in good order. I get quite anxious around people and can stutter quite badly but Danny was very patient and friendly which put me at ease and made him easy to speak too.
My partner showed Danny around our home and it was a pleasant surprise to hear the compliments that he made about the house.
When Danny left both me and my partner felt very positive.
Any issues we have are always dealt with pretty quick and communication with Danny is always pleasant and professional and we are kept upto date with any repairs and their timescales.
We were advised that our home needed certain adaptations so I could be safe and comfortable and Harris and Coand our landlord/lady worked extremely fast to approve the adaptions which we was very grateful for we don't rent a house, we rent a home.
We feel very supported by Danny and Harris and Co and they are very approachable.

Good Morning,
I recently contacted the office with regards to an ongoing issue I had with a leak in my kitchen skylight. I originally reported this issue in the summer when it started with a very slow drip, I have had a couple of contractors out already to view this issue and try to fix it but unfortunately the problem has never been resolved and the leak has just progressively gotten worse resulting in my kitchen floor being flooded during the recent storms.
I spoke with Danny several times last week and I did start to feel like I was becoming a nuisance as my anxiety about the leak was getting worse due to the increase water damage to the property, I was worried my ceiling was going to fall down due to the damp caused by the leak. Danny was very professional and so very helpful, he reassured me that I wasn’t being a nuisance and that he would make sure somebody would be in contact with me to discuss the issue before the weekend.
A contractor named Luke called to my home on Friday afternoon to look at the problem, he reassured me that the ceiling was safe and he agreed to return the following morning to fix the issue. As promised, Luke did return on Saturday morning and has added a temporary piece of wood with lots of silicone sealant to the window which has managed to rectify the problem until the correct beading can be sourced. This has now fixed the issue and since then I have no more leaks coming from the skylight.
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with not only the quick and speedy service provided by Luke but also wanted to thank Danny for all his help too. I am very grateful this problem now seems to have been resolved after several months of having an issue with the skylight.

Great service from start to finish. Joe sold my property within a few weeks of listing it. Proactive, responsive and very professional. Had a few hiccups along the way which seems to be 'the norm' these days but all was dealt with efficiently and the sale was completed as scheduled.
Sold a few properties over the years but I would highly recommend this agent over previous dealings to anyone looking to sell !

Joe liaised with the buyers, their solicitors, my solicitors and always have speedy feedback.

I can't believe I'm having to write another bad review about Harris and Co.
We have been sat waiting for our landlord to inspect our house. The time given was 9-11. The landlord had not arrived by 11-45 so my husband phoned to see how long they would be. A member of staff informed my husband that he had left the office and was on the way. Landlord had still not arrived by 1pm. So, because we had other things to do apart from sitting waiting for the landlord my husband phoned again.
Only to be told that their was an emergency and the landlord could not do the inspection. I know emergencies happen, but why couldn't the landlord or Harris and Co had the decency to phone us and let us know what was happening.
We are fed up of the bad service from Harris and Co.
I have told you before and I'll tell you again. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

Don’t bother using this estate agents unless you have time to waste chasing them for updates and information, waiting for return phone calls for days on end if at all and putting a For Sale sign that couldn’t be see from the road unless you was directly in front of the property.
The fact that they listed a three bedroom true bungalow as a five bedroom house with an upstairs bathroom & that the property’s USP was the large garage they didn’t bother adding to the description explains the level of competency that you will face.
Their only prompt action was the cashing the bill.
Would I recommend them? NO

They did sell the house, but we got no feedback or updates unless we asked. So much was missing from the initial advert I didn't recognise the place, it had to be done again, the sign was only visible if you stood right in front of the house. With it being an empty property we didn't know if there had been viewings or not, what the viewers said about it that we could alter things to help the sale. At one point we had to hand it over to our solicitor to find out what was happening. Did they sell the house yes, would I use them again, no.

I wouldn't normally write a review whilst I am still in the process of the transaction, however I felt it important to add my own comments even during. I found a property that I wanted to see, it was up with 2 different agents. The first I contacted only actually made contact with me 2 weeks after my enquiry, Harris & Co were able to arrange virtually around me and took into consideration the 80 miles I had to travel.
The agent was kind and professional, did not push or anything. Answered all the questions and confirmed everything. We left happy. During the following week we had some questions arise and so contacted the office again for a second viewing (despite putting an offer in already) and again they were happy to accommodate and Harli came out this time and again was a pleasure to deal with
I find they have been professional at every level, emails are always answered and they have continued to keep me updated. I have no bad words to say about them at all.

We do a lot of work for different letting and estate agents and Harris & Co are without doubt at the top of there game. All properties are maintained to the correct standard and Stewart and his team always keep on top of any problems that arise. I would highly recommend anyone who rents out properties to give this company a try first.

I have experienced a number of poor agencies in the past and received dreadful service from some of the big names. However I am happy to say that my dealings with Harris & Co have always been pleasant and hassle free. I find Harriet to be courteous and professional to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and she will always respond within an agreed timeline.

I couldn't fault anyone in the office, even the new faces that are just learning the role. Everyone is so happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. I understand they're very busy and have a lot of things to sort out, but they aim to sort out problems in absolutely no time at all, with nothing but a smile. Friendly bunch of people and I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Not very helpful at all, every time my husband rang they would say, will get someone to ring you back but never did. Took 5 weeks of pestering them to be told no. Would Not recommend.

Without doubt one of the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. After nearly three weeks still no "for sale" sign put up,wrong description on website advert....the problems go on and on. .....avoid like the plague

WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Took nearly all of my deposit for fixing things that we told them about for over 9 years plus the house was full of damp and had to use damp traps to soak it up. Also windows would be covered in condensation because the seals had all perished. They want the rent money all the time on time but refuse to try and sort out problems raised by tenants.

Terrible estate agents let me and my 2 small children live in a house full of mould. Out house door came off where my washing machine and dryer us kept they wouldn't fix which ended them both being robbed. And now they are saying I owe them rent when I don't and now won't give my bond back. Would not recommend at all and staff are awful
