We were buyers, but the help, support, and advice we received from Scarlett, Beth, and the rest of the team at the Cleveleys branch was unbelievable. The advice they gave us helped speed up the sale, and they also chased the seller for the numerous questions we had regarding the property. The level of urgency and confidence they exuded in their service levels cemented our decision to buy the property. Thank you!
20th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)Excellent letting agent. 1st class service from the point of viewing properties to setting up tenancy and Friendly professional team helped us find a property. We’ve had a 1st class service every step of the way with our tenancy. We had a small issue with our heating and Hindley and Lamb were so swift to get a gas engineer out to use the very same morning. Gas engineer was professional and also provided an excellent service. We highly recommend Hindley and Lamb as letting agents. The team will go over and above to help their tenants.

9th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)I have rented my property through Harris and Co for over 20 years. The service has always been exceptional. I moved south 8 years ago and Lewis has managed my property. He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis

I had a really lovely women called Nicola who was very fast with the process she was amazing I couldn’t thank her enough! I would definitely recommend imovesales to everyone !

Saw 2 properties advertised with them on Rightmove when I called for a viewing the unprofessional receptionist said “ oh we’ve had a sale on those properties “ EVEN though still showing available online! When I complained, they said we don’t put under offer as people won’t phone us! Total time wasters. Avoid them!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)We have recently used HomeQuest whilst purchasing a property and would highly recommend. Very professional, great communication and always happy to help. The team there have assisted us with finding a Tennant and managing a buy to let property. They have a vast amount of experience and knowledge regarding the world of buy to let and have been happy to help answering any questions we have had. Very friendly, independent business. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have to commend the services of Emily and Jessica at Unique Estate Agency Fleetwood who got me my viewing when i wanted, and took care of all the minor detail from here forward. An excellent service I would say and would almost certainly be my next option when rebuying or renting. Thanks to all the Team x

Although probably the most stressful of times as is widely known, their professionalism shone through right up to the point we collected our keys. Saying thanks is not enough, you cannot go wrong with Acquire Homes.
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
9th May 2025 (14 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.

14th May 2025 (9 days ago)Possibly the most bizarre experience I've ever had with a lettings agent. I phoned to enquire about 2 properties to let and secured viewings for each on different days. The first viewing time rolls around and nobody shows up, I wait for half an hour after the viewing slot and try to call the office multiple times but was on hold for ages. I thought "fair enough, sometimes mistakes are made" and that I'd just call them in the morning to rearrange. I had my second viewing the next morning that went totally fine and subsequently managed to get hold of someone from the office. As soon as I'd begun to explain who I was and what the situation was they abruptly put the phone down on me mid sentence... Totally bizarre behaviour, it seemed like the woman on the phone realised who I was and just decided she couldn't be bothered dealing with me, especially considering I got no call back, no response to my emails or voicemails. I just wanted to view a flat so to be met with at best ignorance and at worst blatant unprofessional behaviour was a little bit jarring. I sincerely hope this is just a big misunderstanding and will edit my review if it's put right but until then. I'd say avoid unless you want to waste two days trying to book a viewing only to have the phone put down on you for no apparent reason. ????
