They state if an application isn't successful they will tell you why... I was never given a reason & then offered another property with them (for additional fees) wouldn't use again or recommend. Typical agents just want easy money!

I have dealt with Hamza in the past and i can say he has been professional and efficient. He will always go the extra mile and that is not something you see too much of these days. Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with some of Hamza's team and I can honestly say the experience has been perfect I can not fault Hamza or his team for the way they have handled everything for me. Great work and i will always look to use these guys in the future for sure.

The team at Reeds Rains, Highfield Road Blackpool are excellent. Nikki is down to earth yet very professional. Understanding of your needs and quick to deliver answers. Even during a pandemic, I never had to wait for anything. Including a quick purchase! Cannot fault anything. Anytime you want tickets to see our show at Funny Girls - give me a shout ????

Awful customer service. Very nice and helpful to begin with to ensure they get you in the property and quick to take your money. A short while after being in the property and reporting repairs time after time nothing was getting done. Persistent calling still doesn’t get you anywhere. Rude staff, placing you on hold abruptly then hanging up on you, always seems to be excuse after excuse. I’m left regretting ever taking on this tenancy and looking for somewhere else. Been here only a year (almost) and it’s been nothing but hard work. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I can’t speak highly enough about the experience with Yieldit estate agents. I dealt with Dan and Nick and both of them were so helpful, polite and respectful. A really decent agents that will put their customers first and go that extra mile to make sure you are well cared for and communicated with during the process.

I put my property on the market with this company, within 2 months I had 3 different people managing the sale, not one of them gave updates and required my chasing of them. If you’re looking to sell your property quickly at a price you would like then don’t contact these guys. They will however sell it if you are willing to put it on for at least 20% less than what you would like to receive.
