I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the team at The Square Room. I feel you offer an outstanding service. From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.

Very dishonest agency don't take higher offers for their customers saying that owner don't want higher offer for the property and is happy with the lower price it's logical that every sell would like sell for higher price. Avoid

Met with 3 local Estate agents. But it was the insightful guidance of the local property market (with no sales pitch!) given by the Square Room MD Paul Bayliss that persuaded me to place my business with him. Charges were on a par (if not a little better) than other local agents which is always a positive. Great communication from the team at their HO in Thornton kept me updated and made the sale process as painless as possible. Well worth the 5 star recommendation.

6 months on the market. Value reduced by 4k and still no interest yet the valuation on Zoopla is now in excess of 10k of their valuation. Not to mention the extra 10k invested in landscaping etc.
I found them to be non-pro active in their marketing skills. Other agents are moving similar properties within the asking price.

The service I received from The Square Room was excellent, they could not do enough for me. Paul who came round to view my property was so helpful, explaining the process step by step, he kept in touch through the whole selling process, absolutely amazing. Susan who was dealing with myself was absolutely fantastic, the communication was amazing. I would highly recommend square room if you wish to sell/rent a property, there prices are so reasonable and they do so much for you. They take the worry away from you when selling a property, I can not thank them enough.

Having spent time with three local agents, I opted for Square Room based on their excellent visit to my property. I was supplied with a reasonable valuation based on sale prospect, extensive information on all the similar properties they had sold in the immediate area and sufficient information for me to have confidence in their abilities. Property was sold within two weeks and the team kept me updated throughout the process with emails, text messages and phone calls. Highly recommend this local agency.

This was our first move in 50 years, thanks to the team at Square Room this was made as easy as possible. We were kept informed off all details regarding our sale and our purchase. It was good to speak to the same person when receiving calls, met the same person when viewing and having the same person showing viewers around our home. Can’t recommend enough. My mums apartment had been in the market for 2 years until we went with the Square Room. Paul came round to give us a valuation, he had done his homework on the property. As soon as the property went in the market we were kept updated on viewings. The property was sold within a couple of months, going through to completion soon after. Very professional company.

We have recently sold two houses through Square room simultaneously, they were very good at keeping us informed throughout the process. They carried out the viewing for us and always gave us the clients feedback quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again should the need arise. 5 star rating for a 5 star company.
