I would highly recommend Stratton Creber Torpoint in all aspects. Our house was up for sale with another estate agent for approximately four months with no joy. After speaking with Claire Farley, she assured me Stratton Creber would sell our property within one month of going online. True to her words this happened, the house sold on the first viewing. Once the sale was agreed, Claire frequently kept us up to date with the progress and was always willing to help with any questions we needed answering. My husband and I were investigating the possibility of down-sizing to a more manageable property and our on-line search brought us to Stratton Creber's web pages. We identified apartments at Fort Picklecombe, near Torpoint in Cornwall and contacted Stratton Creber in order to arrange viewings. They quickly came back with a date and times to view a number of apartments and we duly met up with their "Trainee Negotiator", Damien Carwithen on a breezy Monday morning in February. As a Trainee, we had not expected such a professional and informative tour around the five apartments Stratton Creber had arranged for us to see. Damien had researched the location, the various properties and had a real knowledge of Fort Picklecombe's history. More seasoned Negotiators could learn a lot from him. We wish him well in his future and are sure it will not be long before he is a fully-fledged Sales Negotiator.... Read more

Professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Throughout the sale of our property we came into contact with most of the staff in the Torpoint office and without exception they were helpful and friendly. We were looking for a house in a village situation which could accommodate our grand piano, which had a garden large enough to give the gardener in the family a challenge and all at a price we could afford. When we went to register with Stratton Creber at Torpoint, we met Claire, who set out enthusiastically to find us the home we needed. Although we were living 200 miles away at the time, she kept in regular contact, sending us details of any property she thought we might like. After several months and half a dozen visits Claire found us the house in which we now live. Throughout the transaction, which threatened to fall apart at times, Claire remained calmly professional, keeping things moving and informing us at every stage.
