We advertised our house one week ago with the St Budeaux branch and have a sale already, thier communication and support has been second to non, they were all ready to step up and take the lead, thier action's and ability to get thing's done was as they told us. We can not say thank you enough we have had viewings straight away and that continued to the sale. Excellent service and continued support.

Very disappointed with connels at St budeaux office.
My offer was accepted by the seller than was told the buyer has gone with a higher offer and first time buyer. Which I accept but what I do not accept is being ignored by the office which I sent several emails to and I copied in the manager which I appreciate he was on holiday.. explained my mobile would not let me ring them. So hence sending emails
I was going to put a higher bid in on the property but my emails was ignored.
All you had to do was answer my email and say the seller is not accepting any higher bids on the property.
Also was told I was not a cash buyer but I could be wrong. I thought if I sold my house and the sale from the house goes into my bank and I pay for the house out of the money. This classes you as a cash buyer.
Very disappointed customer. Hence why you receive a bad review.

Appointments booked in without checking with us first never much notice . Tyler I found was bolshy and pushy on us accepting bids. Communication not great and commission extortionate. The 2 stars are for the girls that showed prospective buyers around.

One star is too much. Don't waste your time with Connells St Budeaux.
I needed to get three house valuations for probate and had an appointment with Tyler to see the property, he told me what he thought.
I asked him to put it in writing on email. I've given up chasing him after three weeks and emailing and phoning the office still nothing. Completely unprofessional and I certainly won't be using Connells when I'm ready to sell the property.
A complete waste of my time at an already very stressful time for me.
Other companies got back to me the next working day.

I recently bought a property through the St Budeaux branch and they were fantastic. Sophie was great at chasing our sale, Jasmin was a pleasure on the few viewings we did and Tyler was great at communicating throughout the transaction. If you are gonna buy or sell, use Connells in St Budeaux!!

The team in St Budeaux have been absolutely amazing, especially Jaz, Sophie and Tyler. They were so professional and friendly, they went above and beyond what they were required to do. My house sale was quick and relatively easy, I was also kept informed every step of the way by the most fantastic team. Highly recommend Connells St Budeaux for your house move.

Terrible service. I booked in a viewing over the phone and first of all they were very friendly and helpful. When the call ended and I had a confirmation come through about the viewings it was all booked on the wrong day and time. I’ve tried calling and emailing and I’ve heard nothing back and it’s been almost a week!! I think it’s absolutely terrible and I will definitely not be using connells again!!!
