Initially I was only curious about how much our house may be worth so asked Liz to come and do a valuation. Then we agreed to put it on the market for a few weeks just to see if we'd get any interest.
I Was stunned at the amount of viewings Liz and her team arranged! At least one a day most days, some days we'd have 2 or 3 people viewing. We sold within a couple of weeks after turning down the first 3 offers.
Jodie was really great with keeping us fully up to date with everyone's feedback and I had no worries about about her showing people around whilst also making sure our dogs were kept safe.
We also bought the property we're in now through Connell's and again Liz and Jodie were really helpful with letting us view it a few times and answering every single question I had.
No hesitation at all in recommending Liz, Jodie and the rest of the team at the St.Budeaux branch of Connell's.

A very dishonest estate agent. I rented a property of them in 2019, my contract was due to begin on the 1st of June. I got a call from an agent of their asking me (pushing me) to start the contract on the 29th May instead, I accepted as I didn't think much of it. Fast forward three month and I find out the government introduced the legislation removing the agent's fees on the 1st of June 2019 which would have exempted me but I literally got tricked to sign earlier so that I would pay the £450. I do not recommend them one bit.
