You certainly went above and beyond what you needed to do for us, and we appreciate that. If there were a 6 star rating then you would deserve it.

If you’re reading this and you’re a little unsure about going with Stratton Oak Estates, because they are a smaller business than some of your typical flashy estate agents on the high street, then fear not.

We sold our flat in an astonishing amount of time, and we are certain that we couldn’t have got a better service from any other estate agent.

In fact, when we were viewing houses we were disappointed in other estate agents, knowing how great George was showing people around our property.

George was extremely good at keeping up with our complex chain, and helped remove many blockers along the way that no one had noticed.

Without George’s close and personal touch the chain would have collapsed.

I think you’re particularly good at your job because you are honest, upfront, have great communication skills and excellent relationships with other estate agents and solicitors. You always know exactly where you are with George.

George is a very tactful and understanding person. Unlike other agents he actually listened and acted accordingly to our needs. This has got to be one of the best estate agents i have ever dealt with,completely on the ball right through from offer to completion,always returning calls right away and chasing other agents and solicitors, nothing was too much trouble.

Having previously not had success with other agents, we spoke to George who gave us useful tips and advice about how to prepare and stage our property, he didn't pressure us to sign up straight away. After we followed his advice we listed our property with him and it sold on the first viewing, but his work didn't end there, he continued to work hard, keeping information flowing between us, the buyer and the solicitors until completion. And even after that he as offered us useful advice about our future plans. George doesn't just want properties on his books, he looks after the properties and clients that he has and provides you with all the advice you need along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

George Marshall was recommended to us by our financial advisor and we are so grateful we found him. From the beginning of the process right up until the very end, George was utterly professional and left no stone unturned in converting an early offer into exchange and then completion.
We always imagined that our house would be a challenge for any estate agent due to certain "compromises" such as a lack of conventional rear garden and its very close proximity to a noisy dual carriageway.
George carefully explained how he worked in terms of a targeted marketing approach and we were very impressed with his explanation of how he would sell our property and had no hesitation in placing our faith in him.
We had about 14 viewings in 3 weeks and an offer which was slightly low. George negotiated hard with the prospective purchasers and within a few hours we were in receipt of an acceptable offer.
Things then didn't go smoothly in that the person at the bottom of a very small chain was quite erratic and unpredictable throughout the sale.
To his great credit, George managed the whole process with great skill. His experience really shone through and his communication was exceptional. We actually felt that we were his only clients and he was always at the end of the phone or replying to texts and emails as soon as he possibly could. He would always liaise with the solicitors and keep us fully informed every step of the way.
We have referred friends to George who have experienced difficulties in selling their apartment for quite some time and are confident that George will find a way forward.
Not only is he an exceptional estate agent, his fee structure is more attractive than the "big" high street agents. If you want to sell your property quickly and with minimum fuss, and place it in the hands of a true professional Stratton Oaks is the company of choice in Bournemouth.
