Really above and beyond service. From start to finish I never felt like I was out of the loop and George & Shannon did a fantastic job of helping me market my flat to make it look as good as it possibly could including personally visiting the flat on the day of the photos and matterport tour and checking everything. We were able to sell quickly for a figure we were extremely happy with and the whole process was handled excellently. We would not hesitate to use Stratton Oaks again. I cannot recommend George and the rest of the team at Stratton Oak Estates highly enough, they are extremely knowledgable and helpful. From the initial meeting through, to the photography and virtual tour, to getting an offer and moving the sale to completion they were absolutely brilliant. This was our first time selling a property but they made sure we knew what would happen and kept us updated all the way. We did have a couple of unforeseen issues arise as we went through the process but George and the team talk it all in their stride and were extremely proactive in finding the right solutions. George and his team were professional and supportive regarding the sale of an unusual property. They managed the whole process under tight time constraints and delivered the deal within one hour of the stamp duty holiday conclusion, which looked impossible at one stage. The most important customer service support for me was that George and his team always either answered the phone or called back the same day if they were out of the office.
