Martin & co are a very well run company who pride themselves on helping others.
I have let my property through them now for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They have helped me a lot over the years, and nothing is too much trouble.
Phillip tthe owner is the backbone behind the company and is a great guy ,he has helped me and my family in ways you could only imagine, he is in my opinion one in a million

They have been helpful in my move to my new flat and very accommodating. Quite a delay in moving in but not their fault at all, flat was in lovely condition when I moved in, very clean and newly painted walls. Love my new apartment. Highly recommend.

Martin & Co have been so helpful with our move to a new flat. They’ve always kept in contact and held great communication with us. When issues/delays have arose, they have done their best to help us out so that we were still able to move as quickly as possible. 10/10 recommend, all the staff are so friendly too and have made our experience great! When picking up our keys, they even gave us a lovely welcome package which just topped off the experience!

Liked the care taken over the listing and general way they work as a team but especially Phillip, Kieran and Dan who we had most dealings with.

I recently purchased a property through Martin and Co which turned out to be a bit of a complicated and drawn out process !! Phil helped me chase solicitors, freeholders, sellers - and more ! Right until the very end of the sale. He even went above and beyond to organise the working force behind a last minute job that needed to be done on the flat for the seller, which was then completed within a day.
I’m grateful for the attentiveness the sale was given- and that my annoyingly persistent calls were always picked up with a smile through the phone and an update.
Thank you for not losing interesting in a quite painful sale and getting it through the net for me in the end! ????

Kieran and the team have been incredibly professional and always provide a personal touch to everything they do. From the first viewing to getting settled they have been quick and helpful and understanding. They even assisted in getting utilities setup when I was unable to be around. Highly recommend them.

100% Recommend if you want a complete service over and above your regular estate agents!
Very professional and personal service given by this agency. In particular by the director Philip who really went over and above for the sale of our property which was complicated by solicitors who were dragging their heels and resulted in sales that fell through. He liaised with the buyers, their solicitors and with us to progress the sale throughout. Only with Philip's continued perseverance, were we were able to get this sale completed!!

They supply a great service managing my tenants.
They are responsive and deal very professionally with all aspects of letting and property maintenance on my behalf as a landlord.
They do regular property reviews and supply photographs of all parts of a property and recommend any works needed to keep the properties in good repair.
They vet new tenants, seek references and offer a full contract service . I am pleased with their personal and approachable manner.

Having sold my house, I am currently looking for a rental property whilst trying to find another house to purchase. I have been dealing with lots of different letting agents during the process and I must admit that Martin & Co in Southbourne have been particularly helpful.
Kieran Day has been my contact and he has been amazing. He keeps in regular contact and sends me properties which might be suitable. He is also very friendly and understanding as well, with a great customer focus. With a lot of other agents, they never get back to me after I have contacted the office or never answer my queries so Kieran is far the best lettings agent I have dealt with.
If I was a landlord, I would definitely use this agency to market my properties!

I was selling my late uncle's property and Dan from Martin and co was so professional ,he kept me so up to date with everything that was going on more so than the solicitor I was using. Dan rang me and emailed all the time so I was kept in the loop .
Would totally recommend Martin and co.

I spoke to Dan and just have to say he's a legend to deal with! Ridiculously helpful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
