Do not be fooled by this estate agent’s description of their properties. False advertising at its finest. This property is advertised as minutes away from sandbanks beach when in actual fact it is over an hours walk away, if you were to drive to sandbanks it would take you a week as the traffic is ridiculous, especially in the summer months, also this property is opposite the courts and the old run down civic centre which has problems with drug users and thieves loitering in the area.
The traffic is horrendous outside this property, which they are not showing the view from the front of the property, constant traffic noise and pollution.
Ashley cross is not a village as they proclaim, again a built up congested area.
In a nutshell this property is not what they advertise it to be, unfortunately the area is not as nice as it once was. To many greedy property developers building in every tiny space.
Also the large blue property next to these two plots has been sold and that will no doubt be knocked down and have 2-3 high new builds built there towering over this property blocking sunlight and having no privacy whatsoever. Absolutely shocking that they are asking for over a million for this. No thanks you would have to pay me to move in there.

I cannot recommend Hive and Partners highly enough! My flat had been on the market for several months with another agent who had not managed to sell, despite having numerous viewings. Within a week of being on the market with Hive it was sold.

We received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested).
James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas. James was so easy to work with, professional, and his communication couldn’t be bettered. Never just took anything at face value when chasing down the other solicitors/agents in the chain. On top of that, the marketing materials and social media promotion were a level above anything else we’ve seen and really did our property justice.

We used Matt to sell our property, and have been very pleased. Communication has been great throughout - personally for me, I opted to use WhatsApp, but Matt would have been fine with phone, email etc.
The marketing material was seriously decent stuff. The book that was made for selling our house was very special with amazing photos taken too, along with a video.

During the process nothing was to much for them to liaise with the current owner when required and ensure little items needing to be addressed were completed! I recommended HIVE to my mum as she had decided to sell our family home to downsize. Since the start, HIVE have been nothing but outstanding. The marketing of the house was done beautifully with a great leaflet and video tour. James Evans looked after my mum from start to finish and went out of his way to get the property sold. Even with the first buyers pulling out due to their chain, James remained calm throughout and worked tirelessly to get the next and final sale exchanged!
