As first time buyers we were quite nervous about the process but James definitely made us feel better. He was always going above expectations to support us in quickly getting answers to any questions and even helped us with printing documents and dropping them to us at short notice. Thank you!
Nicole is a very warm supportive person who is always available to help. Without her we would still be waiting for answers. She offered amazing advice and made me feel very supported even when we had other challenges. We can’t thank you both enough!

Absolutely incredible from start to finish.
I had been up for sale for a long time and my house just wasn’t selling.

We have been impressed by Tracy since she first called at our property She very quickly felt like a friend and someone we could trust. Never a day went by when she did not get in touch to keep us informed.
She was positive and proactive making a point of becoming very knowledgeable about our property and was always able to show it off to its best advantage. Tracey was very innovative and creative and worked with us and the HIVE media team to effectively market our house.
If you are selling your house you need Tracey.
HIVE offered to sell our house in 4 weeks and to our surprise sold it in 13 days.

We received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested).
James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas. James was so easy to work with, professional, and his communication couldn’t be bettered. Never just took anything at face value when chasing down the other solicitors/agents in the chain. On top of that, the marketing materials and social media promotion were a level above anything else we’ve seen and really did our property justice.
We highly recommend James @ Hive to anyone considering marketing their property. We would not hesitate to use him next time. Thanks for keeping us sane James!
