Started great, very helpful. Then became very rude. Had direct debit set up to pay each month, one payment fell on a bank holiday and so was 2 days later than the 1st, to which they claimed was a late payment. Upon the landlords ending the tenancy due to them wanting to live in the property, S&P were not helpful in end process. We were advised from local authorities, we needed certain legal documents. When asked for this, S&P decided to wait until the next stage of legal proceedings to then inform us, what we had was actually the correct legal documents to move forward. Constant belittling and passive aggressive emails, felt like they were trying to use everything they could to not have to pay back deposit. Still waiting on deposit...... Read more
