Excellent service from Bennita Adair George from Lettings. Within two weeks of suggesting we let out our property, we have tenants moving in. All the tweaks have been managed by their handyman, electrician and trusted cleaner to make this possible. Many thanks for suggesting we do the fully managed service. Well worth it to avoid the hassle.

We have had the pleasure of renting a property through Marchants for the past 6 and a half years. The personal service has been fantastic, we could not have asked for better agents. Bennita, Peter and the entire team were really great and responded quickly to any issues and always made us feel a priority. We would have continued with them had we not bought our own property. Would very much like to thank the Professional Team at Marchants led by Peter who right from my initial enquiry re selling my late Mother’s flat through to the Sale completion were excellent in all round service.
The Sales brochure was extremely professional and produced quick viewings.
I felt supported through the whole process and they liaised regularly with myself, my appointed Solicitor and the purchasers.
In view of this being both a post Probate sale involving a leasehold extension the timescales for completion were achieved within 15 weeks.

We have had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Marchants for the last five years. Every member of the team has been incredibly helpful whenever we needed them. I didn't believe good estate agents existed (living in Brighton previously might be to blame for that!) but the folks at Marchants set an incredibly high standard that all estate agents should be judged against. Their dedication and care in the work they do is greatly appreciated. In my previous experience as a tenant you generally get treated as a second class citizen - but Peter, Sharon, Bennita and the rest of the team have always made an effort to support us and consider our needs alongside those of the landlord. They are professional, prompt in reply and quick to action any requirements we have had. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and couldn't have wished for a better team of people to deal with.

I very much appreciated their arranging of its thorough cleaning, drain surveying (and associated remedial works) through to final house clearance. Marchant's, being the village estate agent has, in my opinion given me a service which could not be bettered.

I bought my current property through Marchants 7 years ago and the whole process went smoothly, without holdup or hitch. Fast forward to these past few months where I am assisting my ageing parents to buy a property locally and Marchants have again been fabulous. Peter has understood my parents needs and has always been on hand to advise where necessary, listen and accommodate viewings, builders and surveyors. Nothing has been too much trouble. I can’t thank Peter and his team enough for all of their help and guidance. I highly recommend Marchants and won’t hesitate to use them for our own sale in the future when the time comes.
