30th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars I would! If you are a student please avoid this company there are plenty of others to choose from! In the end my son didn’t stay in the property overnight and commuted to uni which cost a small fortune in addition to paying the rent!

From the very beginning, Simon and Russell were incredibly helpful, always responding promptly to any inquiries and going the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Throughout our tenancy, they were consistently professional, trustworthy, and transparent. We always felt supported, whether it was during the moving-in process or when we needed assistance with maintenance issues. Every time we contacted them, they were quick to resolve matters and kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. We never had to worry about hidden fees or unclear processes – everything was upfront and explained in detail. Even after we left the property, they were efficient with the check-out process, ensuring everything was settled fairly. They are the best letting agents in Haywards Heath, we truly appreciate all the help and care they provided during our time as tenants, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agency. If I ever need to rent in HH again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to them!

From the first valuation and all the information and guidance I was given, to the viewing that sold it to my buyers, I felt 100% confident with Brand Vaughan as my sale agents. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
12th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!
16th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Staff are friendly over the phone can’t fault them there. Moved into our new place in June. However, we have had a leak in our flat which we reported shortly after moving in. Action only begun about 2 weeks ago. A leak from the flat above has left us with electrical problems and tremendous damp patches across the walls/ceiling. We’ve been told that, despite the issue persisting over the last 3/4 months, they are allowing “reasonable time” it to be fixed. Had they co-ordinated in a timely manner perhaps the property we are renting would not be in the state it is now in.

16th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)I recently selected Merchants to sell our property, as the team at the agency understood my specific requirements and, clearly knew the local market very well. All very nice people to work with. The property was valued completely accurately and for all intents and purposes was sold quickly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone one wishing to buy or sell their homes. By the way, Marchants sold us the property nearly 65 years ago. The agents also recommended other quality companies that could assist me, which was most helpful (solicitors, house clearance etc).

Having Laura’s experience and expertise made the whole process manageable and worry free, especially when you are grieving. Thank you Mark Revill for your excelllent service and would not hesitate in using you again.

Elliot and his colleagues always replied to my calls and messages promptly and kept me updated about the progress of my purchase. My purchase had a few complications and the team at PSP worked collaboratively with my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor to resolve the problems and were instrumental in getting my purchase to complete as soon as possible. I would be happy to use PSP to sell or buy a home in the future.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and had so many questions about the mortgage process. As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
