My husband and I stayed at Old Mill Lodge, Hustpierpoint for 5 nights - in September 2021 - in order to visit family, who live in Brighton, which we find 'a bit busy' for us. It was a lovely, quite, secluded place to stay; although it is within the grounds of the larger house of apartments we weren't at all overlooked, and it felt completely private, was very quite, and felt very safe with easy parking, hooray! You don't get that in Brighton! I loved all the windows which gave us a great view of the properties grounds, with our own little patch of garden. Sadly the wider grounds are private so we couldn't explore them, but we did feel part of somewhere very special staying on the estate. There were plenty of tea bags, milk etc as a 'starter' when we arrived, but as usual we had taken our own - and, breakfast supplies - with us, and I would recommend doing this as there are no shops 'on the doorstep'. The property was very clean, and - for once -I didn't feel the need to wash all the crockery before I used it! The bed was very comfortable, and, we had the tiny house to ourselves for the price of a hotel room, or, in some cases much less. Lack of WiFi would be an issue to some people, and the shower was 'a bit tempermental'. We had nice meals at a couple of pubs, each within a few miles of the property. The hosts are very friendly, and, helpful via messages - and, really quick to respond to enquiries. The property is not pet friendly, and, we have a dog so that was a bit awkward for us, but we found kennels nearby who were happy for us to collect him for the days we were able to have him with us. I cannot thank Michelle at Huluki Property Group enough. Our stay at Utopia House went very smoothly from start to finish. The house was clean and comfortable and had all home comforts in. Michelle was very accommodating throughout our stay, it made it particularly nice as we were allowed to take our dog with us throughout our stay. The booking process, checking in and out was all very easy and uncomplicated. I will 100% use Huluki again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.... Read more

We found the Huluki Group to be really excellent- the property we rented(Danny Cottage) was extremely well equipped and comfortable and Michelle resolved any issues we had very quickly and efficiently.
