Would highly recommend for mortgage advisor and anyone looking to sell. We have used mortgage advisors and mainly had meetings over the phone. Meeting Adam face to face and going through all options was fantastic, what seemed to be days of waiting and discussing with another mortgage advisor over the phone was all done in a 1 hour meeting with Adam . Adam is very experienced and will be recommending to all friends and family. Richard is also an asset to the company, it’s more than just a job to him, he’s about the people and what is right for them. Will be sticking with this company moving forward

Absolutely Fantastic, for the tenants (us) and the landlord. We have just left our home of three years in Frodsham, on Main Street, and feel compelled to leave a review.
From day 1, Jenny was a delight as she showed us the very few places that fitted our requirements (a 4 bed in frodsham town centre, suitable for a young family with new baby!). Our situation was a little unique and that didn't put her off finding a solution.
We found the absolutely perfect house and managed to get it over the line. Over the next 3 years they have been great with all the maintenance and just friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am genuinely going to miss walking past with our little toddler and exchanging waves on our way to Devonshire Bakery.
There were a load of issues when we left (our fault) and they helped sort it out with the landlords and even held onto some post for us because we hadnt done the redirect on time! We got to know the landlords well, as they still did the garden, and can tell they were happy with everything and sad to see us go.
This was first class from start to finish, we will be dropping off wine, chocs and flowers to say thanks.

Great communication from start to finish. The process was very smooth and I was routinely updated throughout. A special thanks to Ed and Gerry who were amazing and made things as easy and straightforwards as possible.

Highly recommend Swetenhams in Chester! My partner and I have recently started renting a property through them and the whole process was very easy and communication was excellent. A big thank you to Gerry and Ed, we love our new home!

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

Can’t fault Swetenhams. They were very responsive and kept me up to date. From first contact to money in the hand was about 14 weeks.
