Would highly recommend for mortgage advisor and anyone looking to sell. We have used mortgage advisors and mainly had meetings over the phone. Meeting Adam face to face and going through all options was fantastic, what seemed to be days of waiting and discussing with another mortgage advisor over the phone was all done in a 1 hour meeting with Adam . Adam is very experienced and will be recommending to all friends and family. Richard is also an asset to the company, it’s more than just a job to him, he’s about the people and what is right for them. Will be sticking with this company moving forward

Absolutely Fantastic, for the tenants (us) and the landlord. We have just left our home of three years in Frodsham, on Main Street, and feel compelled to leave a review.
From day 1, Jenny was a delight as she showed us the very few places that fitted our requirements (a 4 bed in frodsham town centre, suitable for a young family with new baby!). Our situation was a little unique and that didn't put her off finding a solution.
We found the absolutely perfect house and managed to get it over the line. Over the next 3 years they have been great with all the maintenance and just friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am genuinely going to miss walking past with our little toddler and exchanging waves on our way to Devonshire Bakery.
There were a load of issues when we left (our fault) and they helped sort it out with the landlords and even held onto some post for us because we hadnt done the redirect on time! We got to know the landlords well, as they still did the garden, and can tell they were happy with everything and sad to see us go.
This was first class from start to finish, we will be dropping off wine, chocs and flowers to say thanks.

I sold my house through these guys and I can honestly say that I had the most incredible experience using them.
Richard, Monte and Hollie are an absolute credit to Swetanhams, the team went above and beyond with everything to ensure my house move was stress free and seamless.
Richard’s extensive expert knowledge helped me countless times through the process of moving, and always reassured me whenever anything stressed me out, monte was the driving force constantly keeping on top of all the various parties involved to make sure the house move was quick, efficient and was always at the end of the phone should I need him.
Hollie was amazing, efficient and pushed the boat out countless times, helped manage the entire sale and was always willing to help out whenever necessary.
These guys managed to get a sell and a buy completed in just over 2 months, which is utterly insane how quick they managed to sort it. They are not bound by the clock and will treat you with the utmost care.

Our mortgage advisor, Mr. Adam STIRZAKER, in my humble opinion, is a great guy. He is not only good at his job as a mortgage advisor, but also great in human relations. We got an offer accepted for a house on sale by Swetenhams, and got an appointment about their mortgage services. Honestly, our case was probably a straightforward one, no complications with mortgage choices (we don't have much choice), API in hand, and we already have an idea about what we want to pay for the loan and where we want the mortgage from. If we applied directly to the Bank, we most probably got the same offer by ourselves. But (this is important for me) as a self-aware nit-picker, I can say they didn't bother themself with this and carry on without making me feel bad about it. Adam and Natasha answered all my questions (seriously, there were a lot, and sometimes they were not even related with our case, just in general about how in a different situation a mortgage offer might work or just because I am curious) and they made the whole process (from application to amending offer more than once) as easy as sending an email. They explained everything until I understand, Adam met with me whenever I said I need face-to-face explanations, called me to explain things, and surprisingly for me, answered all my calls or return them whenever they got time:) I had my doubts (and shared those with Adam) about working with a corporate giant because I believe personal touch is a key to people like me to make me understand a financial advice on a relatively big loan and that would be something missing while working with big players like Sequence, but Adam assured me about their way of working in their branch would meet my expectations, not only Adam but all the people there would be happy to help customers in personal level if necessary. And in the end, he was right, the sale has not been completed yet while I am writing this review, but Adam and his friends in Frodsham branch fulfilled their promise. They saved huge amount of time for me and my wife for the mortgage process, advised us about the general process of home buying (as we are first time buyers originally from another country), and helped us to understand it all step by step. They never pushed or tried to trick us to buy any side products (like insurance, conveyancing etc.) just shared what they offer, why they offer, why we might need it and pricing. Always advised us to do our research before deciding on anything. So, I am quite satisfied with the honest service provided by Adam STIRZAKER and Natasha RILEY. I might update when the sale completed, but that result would not change that Adam (and Natasha) fulfilled what they promised. Thank you for your time, understanding and help throughout the process.

What an amazing experience I had of using Swetenhams to find a rental property. Alex was fantastic and helped me to find somewhere that would be suitable. He even suggested additional properties to view alongside the one I had inquired about. Their processes are really straightforward and I signed up to their Tili support which helped me to organise all the utilities and council tax. Alex even organised my house insurance for me!
Moving house is stressful enough, but using this organisation eliminated lots of that. I would most certainly recommend them to others.

I originally enquired about a rental property with Nathan, which on enquiring had already been rented out, however Nathan offered to take my details and requirements and let me know if any property’s that meet our requirements should become available, Nathan was very professional and friendly on the call. Nathan then proactively called me when he knew of some properties that would soon be available and on the day they were added I called Nathan straight away and organised a viewing that same day. I arranged to meet Jenny on the 2nd Jan to view a property that was in the process of being converted/built in an old school on the 31st of Jan moved in. Jenny & Nathan both kept me updated on the progress of the build through out any questions asked were answered and the relationship she had with the team of builders payed off as she worked relentlessly the final few days make sure I moved in on my given date. Had nothing but problems with the property .. no assistance with it.. had 7 months with partial electricity then no electricity for nearly a month downstairs...the problems I had were still mostly all there and had been apparently fixed numerous times...I would seriously reconsider using this company to rent as there management off properties is absolutely woeful

Would not recommended them at all. The manager talked a good game and certainly convinced my brother they were the way to go. False promises and over pricing for the market to get the business. The manager was difficult to chase and we received no updates even after they promised they would. Luckily they allowed us to cancel our listing after 2 false viewings where the buy bought totally different style houses in vastly different price brackets.

I used Swetenhams to try and find a place in Frodsham/Helsby. I was on a fairly tight deadline and also had to find a place that would allow a dog, which as you can imagine at the moment is very difficult.
I had Nathan Davies helping me out and to be honest out of the many agents I've spoken to over the last few weeks, he is the only one that has stood out in terms of service. He has:
- Updated me directly via phone on suitable properties appearing on the market.
- Checked in with me to see how my situation is.
If I were looking to rent/buy again I would go to Swetenhams based on the experience I have had these last few weeks.

We have recently rented out our third property through Swetenhams in Frodsham, who have been excellent on all occasions. They've helped us find great tenants and are really friendly and supportive.
We had an issue with the gas safety certificate on the last house, that was caused by the provider. Jenny and Jade went above the call of duty to help rectify this and ensure the tenant could move in as planned.

Last year we met one of the agents at Swetenhams ( Frodsham ) who’s name I believe is Jack Watson , I have to say this guy is the best person in the that Frodsham office , he was very polite very knowledgeable in his field and when he said something he did it ! And even took calls of me well out of office hours which is so rare now adays , this guy needs to me heading his own big branch with a big pay rise that’s for sure !!!
