I am very thankful to letting agent “Swetenhams, Chester” for helping me to find my interest of rented house in Chester with in a short duration of time. I recently came to UK and I was very new to this place. Initially, I was a bit nervous that how to find my own rented house. However, Swetenhams team Gerry and Ed Brown assisted me a lot to find the house of my interest in a short duration of time.
Everything was explained clearly and within 10 days of time frame all the Process completed like Document collection, Background Verification, Payment, Zero Deposit Scheme, House Utilities Set up assistance, Paperwork (Tenancy agreement, Inspection report, Welcome Kit).
My Experience with Swetenhams was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided to me by Gerry & Ed Brown from start to finish. Their Professionalism and supportive nature made the entire process smooth and stress free.
Overall, I would highly recommend Swetenhams and I feel very grateful to them for helping to get my house over the line so quickly.

This is the second time that I have used Swetenhams in Chester to help find a tenant for my property. I mistakenly went to another Estate Agents before going to Swetenhams on the second occasion and quickly realised the mistake I made.
Gerry and Ed are professional and provide excellent customer service for both the tenant search and for a Landlord. I had a lot of problems with my outgoing tenant too and they went above and beyond to help me.
I cant thank them enough and in future I wont be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!
