We had an amazing experience with Swetenhams. Nathan and Daniele were extremely helpful and genuinely lovely people to deal with. They went out of their way to help us and made sure everything was fully sorted. There were a few hiccups on my side but they handled everything seamlessly and professionally. I couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommended!!!

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

Very little contact between Client and agents during the 20 week contract,
no discussions or suggestions put forward by the agents as to how the property could be made more attractive to potential buyers, i.e price reduction, more advertising etc.
We had 2 viewers in 20 weeks of which neither were a fit for our property.
