I cannot recommend Swetenhams Chester enough, they helped me and my partner with our application and moving in process. It's our first time and they made it as stress free as possible, I honestly cannot thank Gerry and Ed enough, I will be forever grateful!

Ed has gone above and beyond in helping with my moving-in and renting process (even coming out to save me when I was struggling with my keys!), and has even checked up on me since to make sure everything is okay. Gerry was also very lovely and helpful too! In what can usually be a very stressful time it has been so nice to deal with such lovely and helpful people. Kindness goes a long way! Would definitely recommend.

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
