We chose Swetenhams to act as agent for the sale of my late mother and father's house. They stood out above the other two main agents in Frodsham that came and valued the property and spoke to us initially. I was completely new to house selling so decided that potential buyers view via our agent, Richard and the team. They eventually negotiated with someone wanting to bring the house up to modern standards, so although it went for a little less than it's valuation we were delighted with the outcome. Swetenhams are a reputable company providing an efficient and courteous service for people in the housing market.

I recently sold a property in Helsby via Swetenhams and can say that I found Jack to be very professional, mature and reliable throughout this process and felt that I could ring him at any point with an enquiry which he was able to deal with. He worked well at liaising between myself and the buyer/s and also successfully negotiated an excellent sale price which was beyond what I expected. I particularly would like to give him credit for the calm, respectful and polite way that he conducted himself
I feel I should also give credit to Richard who clearly has a very deep and caring interest in everyone he deals with and can offer advice drawn on his vast experience in this matter. He maintained a friendly, approachable and professional manner throughout.
Overall, I can only speak highly of this branch of Swetenhams in Frodsham and would not hesitate to use them to sell a property.

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
