Highly recommend!<br><br>Swetenhams sold our house for the price we were looking for within one week of us first contacting them.<br><br>We initially got in touch to express interest in another house they had just started to advertise and took them up on the offer of a free valuation. From the first meeting we knew we were in very capable hands and going to be really looked after.<br><br>The service we received from Melissa and team was excellent throughout our journey - allowing us to quickly submit a formal offer for our dream home and then move in shortly before 3 became 4.<br><br>Thanks Melissa and team :)

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
