Hi,
This is our first encounter with Swetenhams. I am so glad to say that Jenny has made our house-hunting and renting experience in the UK on this occasion the most delightful and stress-free. From the scheduling of viewing all through to documentation, Jenny was prompt in responding and also very helpful in offering advice when clarifications were needed. I appreciate the honesty and trust. It was also a delight meeting the Team when I visited the office at Frodsham. If there was more than 5*, I would gladly give that to Swetenhams!
We look forward to even more delightful experiences with Swetenhams in the coming years.

My house was sold by Swetenhams Frodsham after a total of 2 years messing around with other estate agents. The staff at Swetenhams were very helpful and efficient especially Jack Royal who handled most of the sale. I found the rest of the staff also really helpful in organising viewings and were always available for help and advice. Also the fees as agreed up front were reasonable as set up by Richard. I am happy with the service provide and would recommend this company to anyone who wants to receive an efficient and friendly transaction to sales.

We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.
