Very useless people. When you call them for repairs the say we need to call the landlord as he responsible for maintenance. There customer service is zero. In 2022 the left with no working shower for 3 weeks and it was snowing for 2 of them.They are always doctoring the problem instead of fixing it. Live wire everywhere it doesn't matter if the know the just act ignorant. I really hate my current property walls got cracks with mean structural problem. A man from the council has come asked for the broken ceiling to be fixed but no joy.... Read more

I am afraid that I am not able to add any more stars than one star for the review. Staff is outrageous and not carrying at at all. Maintenace person (subcontractor) all great! Once you rent from them the attitude changes drastically!... Read more

Lived at one of their properties in Old street for a year. Repairs were reported before the move in date and weren’t completed til 10 months later! Then they had the cheek to tell us the rent will be increased by an extra £400 a month if we were to renew the contract, luckily I got away from this company... Read more

These people who work here are very rude they move me into a house over 4 years ago I didn’t know that their was a wire that was live in my electric cupboard I didn’t know until electric people checked my meter, ovis I’m upset down the phone all they did was hung up on me every time even doe I have 3 kids one disabled they didn’t not care but now going though my solicitors for knowing they left a live wire to be about my kids don’t trust Ashdales... I would give them zero stars if I could. They don't look after the properties they manage and do not care who they rent to. Their properties are a breeding ground for antisocial behaviour. UPDATE. 3 years on and have taken them to court, they now have a steady stream drug dealing going on in the property. Their response. Not our problem. Call the police.... Read more
