AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.... Read more

I don’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Electricity connected with all the flats in the building forcing you to pay in your name. The agency admitted to this once caught. Nasty pieces of work. They won’t mention any of these fine details until your stuck in a contract! Avoid! They target single mothers already struggling... Read more

I am a shareholder in this company and a shamed of this as I picked a criminal as a director. They have rented my joint owned property with residential Morgage and signed agreements without my consent! Now they are refusing to give all necessary paperwork, Ast nor any details of occupants in my property although I have written to dream move Lettings and the occupants which I still have no contact, this is obviously violating my rights. I have reported it to all relevant authorities. I am putting this review as I don’t want anyone else to suffer losses due to this company that does not follow any rules or regulations. Please take no notice of the previous reviews for this company as they are mostly fake and given by friends and family.... Read more
