I’ve unsubscribed multiple times but they just won’t stop, looks like they’ve shared my email with other MG offices too. 3rd Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing experience! I arrived in time for a viewing but was left waiting outside the property in the cold for almost 15 minutes. Then the agent couldn’t get into the property with his key code as his colleague hadn’t communicated with the vendor regarding the viewing. So another wait outside and various phone calls until one git finally access. The whole set up was very unprofessional.

18th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)We have a very good experiences when found and purchased a property via Fostons North Finchley Estate Agents. Particularly we very appreciate the services from sales Negociator, Stella and the manager, Ivan. We had two viewings on the property. Stella is punctual and patient with as many information as we asked. When we requested to have a quick purchasing completion within 4-6 weeks, then, we changed to within 3 weeks, they have done all their bests to speed up the process. They kept close contact with solicitors on both sides, they frequently communicated with vendor, they updated me with the vendor's situation (vendor is on two-weeks holiday abroad!), they answered my calls quickly, met me in the office even I didn't book the time...... eventually we have got keys to move in the property 20 days after the Memorandum of the Sale issued.<br><br>This is the top-class of the services we ever had. This is the excellent collaborations among agents, solicitors, vendor and us. We are very happy with such a quick completion and will certainly recommend Foxtons to our friends for property purchasing.
