22nd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Umit has been a huge help in our recent house exchange. He was very accommodating to our viewing requests and diligently answered our questions. He also promptly communicated our questions/issues to the vendors. He worked really hard to ensure that we could exchange on time, sometimes juggling between us, the vendors, and the respective solicitors on both sides which has not been easy. We are very grateful for his help and are looking forward to the completion.
24th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Agend did not show up - we tried to call but no answer. After we walked to the office to ask what happened, they were quite rude and did not apologise or care. Please avoid if you want to find a flat and be treated with respect.
15th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)I’ve just rented out my flat through KFH. It’s the second time. I’ll be honest, the first time didn’t go well and I was reluctant to stick with them. But this time Nicole Furrer was in charge and it was a completely different and excellent experience: swiftly responsive to questions, lots of useful advice, seamless process, easy to use portal, and two more very nice tenants. Ask for Nicole.

Paris who looks after the documentation, Lauren and most recently Helena as my immediate contact. Always quick and responsive to any issues that arise. No hesitation in awarding them top marks. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and did an excellent job protecting both the landlord's and tenant's interests. I want to give a special thanks to George and Bradley, who were both extremely friendly, helpful, and focused on finding solutions. Highly recommended.
24th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

Always make sure you come to the viewing as some people are disappointed when they bid and they don't get what they want. Also there are fees of up to 45% on some items so be careful. Also the auction place could do with a description on the items as there isn't one. But the collection staff are always nice and helpful

We did not buy with MiHomes in the end as we chose a different area but of the 27 agents we met she was in the top 3. They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent.
