My recent experience with Empire Homes left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the agency exhibited deceitful practices that tainted the overall property search process. Between misleading phone conversations and omitted property details, promises made over the phone contradicted the reality of property viewings, revealing a lack of integrity within the agency. Shabana super helpful, accommodating and easy to talk to. She explained process of becoming a tenant with their landlord clearly and calmly and helped every step of the way to push through my new tenancy agreement on a quick timeline.
