I sold my house through Chapplins in Fareham. They were great from start to finish. Despite a difficult market my house was sold on the 3rd viewing. Chantelle in particular kept the process flowing smoothly liaising with the various parties. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I purchased my house through Chapplins, they weren't the Estate Agents I hired for my sale, but I wish I had. They were fantastic, in particular Chantelle! Unlike my Agents, she gave be regular updates on the whole chain, kept everyone calm when things were going wrong and just went above and beyond at every step. I honestly couldn't thank them enough for everything they done for me and I don't think we would have completed without them!

I recently used Chapplins to sell my property in Alverstoke and I have been very impressed with the service i received. Despite jointly marketing my property with a Gosport agent, Chapplins organised more viewings and secured me a buyer.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

We have sold as well as purchased through Chapplins on two separate occasions and would never consider going anywhere else! Chapplins are a small team and every agent takes the time to get to know your needs as a seller / buyer. The added bonus is the provision of a Sales Progressor who does all the chasing to relieve the stress! We were recommended Chapplins and have continued to signpost our friends and family who have also been really happy with the service provided. Thank you to the best estate agents in Fareham!

Chapplins were brilliant with selling our flat. From enquiry they were quick at responding and helpful with any questions we had.
Darren came to give us a valuation and was very informed on current prices of similar properties in our area. They were quick at organising photos for the property to be listed. They also were great at sending us properties of the criteria we were looking for and when viewing properties with them they were able to answer our questions confidently.
The communication from Chapplins was brilliant the whole time, we had contact with Darren, Chantelle, Selina and Kirsty, they were all professional and nothing seemed too much trouble. There were some delays in our chain but we were constantly informed of progress right up until completion.
Thank you for all your help, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent. Nick & Laura

Chapplins have been pretty good to me over the last 13 years. They managed my house rental consistently well and went the extra mile now and again when necessary. Very professional. But what I'd like to add on top of all that is that they are very human in how they approach you and their business. They understand that business relationships arent black and white and clear cut - they are good to work with. I can only say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Chapplins :)
